Makes morning flights supremely easy.
Skip the absurdly priced breakfast options and walk a couple hundred feet to the Airbrau.
lovely spacious room - friendly staff - proximity to airport
Pool facilities don't allow children after 5pm. Very odd for a hotel near the airport. Also while the rooms were clean, the hallway to the room had a very unpleasant smell.
Great staff, convenient location, pool and sauna.
Parking costs for a 1 hour stay to drop bags. Bar food is quite expensive for what it is.
No free Internet given price.
The hotel has the perfect location.
Not the same anymore since Hilton took over.
Space & shower! Check in girl was nice & smily!
Awful furniture! After the flight you want to have a relaxing atmosphere NOT an empty room with dated orange furniture! No way Value for money!!! For 140eur you get MUCH better even inthe centre of London! No free wifi in the room - SO mean!!!! Check out girl was not at all nice !!!!
100 metres from Terminal 2!!!
Many dust on the furnitures. Very cold room. Less facilities than they describe ex. No ropes etc. Too expensive just for bed & bath
The service - which you could expect for this money.
Excellent location for the airport, good rooms.
After a long journey I was disappointed to find a large section of the restaurant was closed off so no space for additional diners. Was told it was not possible to book an table as they did not know when people would finish eating. Also not happy that a hotel of this standard charges for internet access from rooms, only offering free access in the lobby. Was told the system would be changing but it is apparently a long complicated process.
We're in transit so very convenient for early morning flight.
Would have liked a robe.
The most pleasant was abosolute noise from any source, which allowed good sleep and excellent relax. The swimming pool was opne till 10pm which was also nice - a good relax after flights.
Cant name anything
Plug sockets are located in rather bizarre and unhelpful places. No kettle (tea/coffee making facilities) in room. But you can request one from reception.
It is unbeatable location for early flights or late arrival. But - the room carpet is dated, breakfast cost 34 euro per person and the wi-fi 18 euro per hour. I guess they look for business men only, with open accounts... However, the service is Hilton ! service.
The old carpet in the room. The cost of wi-fi and breakfast.
The checkin clerk was rude. The price of internet charges are sky high. I stay at Hotels 100 nights a year and I am not going to stay at a hotel that charges for Internet again
Great location, walking distance from terminals and rental cars.
Rooms are old and not up to date (carpet, bed, bathroom). No free wifi available in rooms with sufficient speed despite a significant room rate (except at extra cost).
The wifi service was sporatic at best even after paying an outrageous price for it. Not one other hotel I stayed in the 10 days I was in Germany charged for their wifi. Also the gratis coffee/tea machine in my room did not have any instructions with it so it was useless.
The kitchen is terrible. I ate a burger and the bread was dry and the burger was overcooked. The rooms are ok but I would expect better in a Hilton hotel.
No free Internet in rooms
Change of management to come.Disinterested staff.Major disappointment from last year
Near to Aeroport.
Wifi should be free for the price. Also restaurant should consider the the prices; 9 euros for a bottle of watter is bit much...
quiet, close, attentive but not intrusive staff
a little hard to find
convenience location quality hotel staff
The front end concierge was exceptional and accommodating.
Unable to contact room service after numerous attempts and phone had poor quality with static interruptions.
The location of this hotel is perfect. It is connected directly to the airport and thus is very convenient for passengers. The hotel provides assistance with luggage getting to the check-in desk at the airport.
This hotel changed from being called the Kempinski to being named the Hilton on the 1st of January. However, I received no notification of that. Fortunately, the taxi driver did know and had no trouble getting me to where I was supposed to be. I can only wonder what happened to drivers coming into Munich and not being able to find the Kempinski hotel, not knowing that the name had changed. Very poor customer relations.. I arrived at the restaurant for my 6:00 p.m. dinner reservation at 5:58 p.m. and was told that I could not enter the restaurant until 6:00 p.m. What nonsense. Also there is no free computer use available in this rather expensive hotel. Breakfast is 34 Euro--outrageous and they manage to conceal the fact that there is a 12 Euro continental breakfast served in the bar. Convenience to the airport is my reason for staying at this hotel.
