Breakfast was good.
The room sound isolation needs to be improved.
The next room or upper room toilet flushing is heard in your room very loud.

I visited Karlusruhe for a conference in KIT. The location of the hotel was perfect to the KIT. As it is in the city center, its location is perfect to reach out to most of the city attractions, especially the Karlsruhe Schloss and many restaurants.
Breakfast was great with many varieties. The rooms, small, but enough for the purpose of my trip. Rooms and the hotel in general are clean.
Surprisingly, I haven't seen any family during my stay, maybe it was occupied by the conference participants, but I really don't find any reason to not recommend it to families (if they offer family rooms!). I think it would be great for families.

The bed was comfortable, TV was controlled from a tablet. I'd say the key highlight of our stay here was the breakfast, which was very good with a lot of options, very well done crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, lots of fruit, deserts and yogurts.
Also, staff suggested parking for free, pretty much in the same building, so that was a nice cost saving thing.

Located in Germany’s Baden-Württemberg region and separated from France’s border by the spiralling Lauter River, Karlsruhe is a city with artistic, cultural and architectural heritage.
The city is built around the magnificent and Baroque architecture of the 18th-century, Castle Karlsruhe which features picturesque garden surroundings, a magnificent forecourt and the historic Baden State Museum.
Booking.com has a variety of hotels in the city centre and in close proximity to venues such as the multi-purpose and modern Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center and Karlsruhe Convention Center.
A variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés line the charming city streets which fan out from the Karlsruhe Palace and around lively areas such as the Marktplatz. Popular attractions are the Badisches Landesmuseum, Karlsruhe Zoo, Botanischer Garten Karlsruhe, and a visit to the Wildparkstadion, which is home to the local football club Karlsruher SC.
Booking.com also offers accommodation options near Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof, which offers direct links to major cities such as Berlin,Cologne, Munich, Basel and Paris.
The royal palace and its surrounding park and federal...
The royal palace and its surrounding park and federal offices are worth visiting. Also the historic main square with its pyramid is a well designed place. There is a lot of public art and small little plates on posts with highly critical comments on the political reality in Germany - amazing. Downtown is kind of frozen in the 1970s and the main pedestrian zone is too big for this town size. The street car is underground which reduced the street vibrancy of the Kaiserstrasse. Most stores and restaurants are outdated. The pedestrianized side streets are without life. Majority of buildings is from the 1960s and 1970s and appear unkept and rundown. Somehow Karlsruhe is an odd place. Getting around by car without the navigation on is a challange.

For the city in general, more English speaking would be better for the city, but it’s understandable why they wouldn’t speak as much English compared to other cities. Regardless I really enjoyed my stay and people were friendly and good hearted in general, I recommend anyone to take a visit when possible.
It’s very simple to get around via public transport. The food is good and there is a lot to choose from.

The city was bigger than expected with a lot to do. The Palace was a museum/gallery rather than a traditional palace and I would highly recommend climbing the tower stairs! Lots of other museums, churches and gardens etc or there are loads of places for shopping.

There's a youthful college-town vibe to the cafes and bars downtown; the city is flat so it's easy to walk everywhere, the Natural History Museum is not to be missed if you like that sort of thing, public transport is better than most, very good restaurant scene

It is in a beautiful location in the Schwarzwald.
It is in a beautiful location in the Schwarzwald. The hotel is in a quiet location though a five or so minute walk from the hauptbahnhof. If zoos are your thing there is one literally across the street. The location is well connected with busses, trams, and trains. You can see so many surrounding towns this way. Either get a land ticket (regional trains) or a day ticket (bus and trams).
I would visit again Karlsruhe again.
I only stayed at this hotel for one night so I have very little to share about the place. What caught my attention immediately upon arrival was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. That's a rare thing in German hospitality system, and so should definitely be appreciated here. The hotel has an air of wholehearted modernity and comfort about it. My room was meticulously clean. The wallpaper in the bathroom had drawings of Karslruhe's attractions :D Next time I am in Karlsruhe, I'd gladly stay here again.
The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed.
So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room.
Fast response and reaction.
A spotless clean hotel not far away from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of vegetables, fruit, cheese, homemade mushroom omelette etc. For the price, it was the best value I had in this part of Germany for a long time. There was even a small fridge in the room with beer, soda and water for free!
This is the best quality/price experience I've ever seen in the entire Germany. Nava, the lady in charge with the bookings, is the most professional receptionist I've e ever met in my 10 years experience with booking.com.
So if you are searching for a place in Karlsruhe near the train/bus station, please look no further. They are the best option
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and supportive and they corporate with us when we needed. The breakfast was good. Service in the restaurant were amazing and the staff were very kind.
Room size was vert big and have a good lightning and the bathroom was big also.
We stayed there for 4 nights. It was the best 4 nights in germany.
.Everything was perfect. The staff is polite, friendly, and competent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, furnished with everything you need. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I am happy that I was in this hotel. I strongly recommend it. I wish all the staff to be healthy and to continue to be professional.
Very nice hotel, quiet, clean and comfy. Close to the city centre. Very welcoming and nice staff. A nice big parking lot is available on site. There is a tram station nearby, where you can get a tram directly to the heart of the city.
Lovely hotel, very practical interior rather on the minimalist side, only suitable for very short stays! Booked Premium off road, got a roadside room. Room good , street noise not so good! Good value , very close to city center !
I liked the supportive nature of the reception desk and the cleanliness maintained on the property. The fact that the hotel had a lawn attached to it right outside the room was a bonus!
The location is great. Super easy to reach the city center just by walking. Many public parking spaces around the hotel as well. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of pillows.
the room was really spacious and modern. very clean. the bathroom and the shower were wonderful. it was also really nice to have a restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal.
Easy to find with lots of parking. Good food in the restaurant, a good mix of international dishes. Nice rooms with very comfy beds as you might expect in Germany.
Nice and clean hotel near the train station.
Self check in was smooth. We didn't see any staff during our stay. Great value for the price, recommended!
