Great city to explore. We mostly walked to our pre planned visit locations because we had an ideal accommodation location. Great history and scenery and if that is not enough, than you can catch the 2hr ferry to Helsinki and explore more.

The old town is beautiful. When you walk to the highest points the views are spectacular, We enjoyed a great bike tour which took us away from the cobbled streets. We learnt a lot about the Estonian history and culture. Much more informative that any of the museums we visited, which we found odd. Some outstanding bars and restaurants, in and around the city. Truly in food heaven. We were lucky to enjoy fantastic sunsets over the Baltic sea. Tallin is beautiful whatever the weather, there is always something to see and do, incredible restaurants and cafés to visit and friendly people. We discover new places every time we visit and have travelled Estonia from East to West and North to South. Tallinn caters for history lovers, shopaholics, single travellers, couples and families. Tallin has restaurants to suit every budget and taste and cafés full of incredible cakes. There are many secret little passages and courtyards to discover with wonderful handmade items for sale and new eateries to discover. Around every corner of Tallinn you will discover hidden gems.
