I loved walking around the Old Town in Tallinn. It was fantastic to see the restored medieval city walls still standing!
The city is quite small and very walkable.
I would recommend 2-3 nights in Tallinn as you may run out of sights, unless you rent a car or take a day trip out of the city.

The Old Town was great for restaurants, shopping and culture. The architecture was just gorgeous. The selection of restaurants was abundant for various cuisines. The restaurant Olde Hayes was particularly enjoyable for the old merchants theme and food made in that era. Great experience for dinner here. Definitely try do a walking tour with a guide it was very helpful with history of the country, buildings and people. They also usually have some fabulous recommendations.

I recently visited Tallinn and was captivated by its unique blend of medieval charm and modern vibrancy. The Old Town, with its cobblestone streets and stunning architecture, felt like stepping back in time. The city's tech-savvy side, including its numerous innovative startups, added a contemporary flair. Overall, Tallinn offers an incredible mix of history and modern culture, making it a truly memorable destination.

We only had one full day in Tallinn but made the most of it by walking around the old town and exploring some of the churches and the streetscapes. Walked to the coast and discovered a fascinating concrete structure right by the coast. The old town is great to explore and plenty of great bars and definitely should try the local beer.

This hotel would be perfect for short-term or single person stays. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but for two people was not quite big enough. The location of the hotel within the Creative City (the best part of Tallinn in our opinion) made it very accessible by foot and/or a cheap Bolt ride to Old Town or the ferry to Helsinki. We also enjoyed the digital access code entry and online check-in/out system for ease.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent part of Old Town Tallinn. It is very close to everything but nestled a little off to the side of old town which makes it a nice and quiet location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and really wanted to make sure we knew where to go and answer any questions we might have had. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and quiet.
I stayed here the second time. It has the best location in old town Tallinn. Pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants are nearby and a food store just around two corners. Viru shopping center is a short walking distance away. Easily accessable, taxi can reach the front of the hotel. 24 hour access with door code. Beautiful vintage interior in rooms, warm and clean. Dining in common area. Friendly staff.
A beautiful boutique hotel located in the "old town" of Tallinn, remarkably built into the medieval wall and yet spanking new and up to date. Excellent interior design, fascinating floor plan to accommodate the old wall, modern and well equipped bathroom, and terrific beds. Excellent buffet breakfast, and a walk out the door and you are in the best part of Tallinn!
The location is perfect for overnight stay in Tallinn. All the best shops and shopping malls are close by and the hotel is well located only 15 minute walk from the ship terminals. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The spa was small with few hot pools and one big pool and different saunas (and a bar).
Everything was great, our room was spacious, comfortable and warm which is definitely important considering the cold Estonian winter. The location is very good, a ten-minute walk from the Town Hall Square and you can get from the airport to the hotel by taking a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and costs only 1 euro.
What an amazing place to stay in old town Tallinn. Steps off the main square, and across the street from Catherine's Alley and Master's Courtyard and 2 min walk down the main cobbled street to so many shops/restaurants. The hotel is so nice and comfortable and the facilities are top notch. You will not regret staying here.
A modern hotel at the port of Tallinn, rooms were spacious enough with big windows. Breakfast was good but some things like potatoes or sausages were not of good quality. Bacon and some pancakes maybe would be a good addition. Old town was about 15 - 20 minutes by foot but with lots of snow and cold it can be challenging
The best apartment in Tallinn. very clean and spacious. Beautiful inside out.
we recomend you guys to stay with 8Era because they treat theirs like a hotel stay.
everything is beyond satisfied with the price.
Walking distance to main interest places and public transport n also the port!
The hotel is very close to the port and the bus station and only 7 minutes walk from the Old Town with all its wonders . The room was very spacious and we had opted for the sea view , which was great. Breakfast was very good although decaf options would have been welcome .
Could be the best hotel in all of Tallinn! The room was large, clean, and comfortable, the bathroom was very good, and we even had a balcony. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the old town.
Absolutely new, fresh, modern design. Cozy beds and pillows.
Self check in.
Great breakfast (not buffet, menu), very good size if portions, really beautiful and tasty, one of the best hotel breakfasts.
Just few minutes walk from center.
the breakfast was plentiful and varied, with many local specialities, very convenient to be able to use the hotel's spa next door, convenient hotel location for taking the boat to Helsinki and walking into town in just 10 minutes
Didn’t sleep in my hotel because I couldn’t check in. There was no administator even though I informed them what time I’ll arrive. When they finally answered my call they said they can’t understand Estonian.
Excellent value for money! A modern hotel halfway between the ferry terminal and the old town. The beds could have been from a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be back the next time I come to Tallinn.
Everything was great! Our first time in Estonia and are at lots of restaurants but the best meal was at the Radisson. We had lunch their and it was the best. The spas were great too.
My new favourite hotel in Tallinn! I have to stay over for a night from time to time before taking train home to Tartu, and this is so far the best price-quality combination!
It's one of the best hotels in Tallinn. Perfect location, nice room with a reasonable price and amazing breakfast. The staff are also great, helpful and supportive.
A good for the money 4 start hotel right in the city center. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable and large beds. The location is great, and easy to get to.
