Romany, the server for breakfast, was very nice and accommodating. Very nice to our infant. Offered a high chair and asked if there was anything else to make our stay more comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Clean room. Very nice hotel. Housekeeping was also very nice and accommodating during our stay.

Born of an ancient civilization, Cairo is a vast metropolis centered around the Nile. Its sheer scale can feel overwhelming (especially when flying over Cairo Airport), so plan ahead. An obvious starting point are the Giza Pyramids. Although the pharaohs are long gone, the grandeur of their burial pyramids, the Sphinx and Solar Boat are testament to their ambition.
The city’s Egyptian Museum houses a dazzling display of ancient Egyptian artifacts, including finds from Tutankhamen's tomb in Luxor. Around the corner is Tahrir, a huge square and focal point of the 2011 Egyptian Revolution.
East is Islamic Cairo, home to the 9th-century Ibn Tulun Mosque, Al-Azhar Mosque (site of the world’s oldest university), and the Khan el-Khalili souk (remember to haggle). The Citadel, with its elegant Mohammed Ali Pasha Mosque, sits on a hill offering far-reaching city views.
If you need a break from cultural tours, take a Nile cruise by felucca, spot wildlife in Wadi Digla desert park or visit Egypt’s top theme parks: Dream Park and Magic Land, where you can tour Egyptian TV studios.
Before heading to your Cairo accommodations, sample the local cuisine – the falafel and fuul (bean paste) are delicious. Coffee is a staple and there are hundreds of shisha bars, while major Cairo hotels have bars serving alcohol.

It is a bit of a messy place when it comes to transport. We loved downtown area and in general people is really nice. Best option is to get a good guide who can take you everywherew and takes away the hussle of being aware of everything.

Messy and hectic but if you find the right place to go, it is amazing to discover. Don't go to touristic place. Try to do research on places to visit online instead of going to the easiest touristy place, and you will feel less scammed and less people asking you for money.. Uber works so well here too not like in Hurghada.

The people that live there are so kind and welcoming.
The people that live there are so kind and welcoming. The city itself is so noisy and dirty. Most of the city looks like a war zone. The sales people can be completely rude and overwhelming. That being said, the historical side of things is unmatched in the world. The food, fruits and vegetables are amazing. After a week or so, you start to get the rhythm of the city and it sort of grows on you. Craziest drivers I've ever seen, but they somehow survive. It's a place you have to see at least once in your life.

Depends on where you are from, Cairo could be a whole another universe, as it was with me. After the innitial shock subsides, you start enjoying it. Quite dirty city, it smells bad most of the time. Driving in Cairo is like a survival but they somehow manage to drive "safe".

A must visit cultural heritage. A lot of history associated.
A must visit cultural heritage. A lot of history associated. People are nice at heart. Pyramids of Giza and the Spinx are the highlights. A number of beautiful mosques, amazing and magnificent museums. Should also visit the markets and the beautiful Nile River. Cairo has so much to offer.
Simple and uncomplicated guest house walking distance away from a wonder of the world.
They allow early check in if you communicate with them and will also arrange a taxi from Cairo Airport at an extra cost.
Rooms are small but clean, private bathroom, but don't expect 5 star hotel standards.
Host is helpful and there is a museum and gift shop downstairs.
Breakfast is served on the balcony from which you can look at the pyramids - that view is a winner, despite the poor state of adjacent buildings and the squalor of the area.
I chose Radisson because it's so close to the airport (I arrived late and didn't want to drive on at night). The interior design (lobby with "open" patio, rooms etc.) was very attractive and fully correspond with the 4-5 star rating of the hotel. The selection of dishes for breakfast was also very good (except for the missing orange juice).
Upon check out with the quality manager (by chance), she was really interested in learning what they could do to improve in my rating (I said I would give an 8 of 10).
Several options for food surround the hotel, some of the best in Cairo, various options to choose from, and a 5-minute taxi from the Nile Cornish restaurants. The price of the studio is equivalent to the price of a normal small room in one of the nearby hotels. It's a wise option. The team was so helpful, especially Khalid and Toqa. I left some stuff in the room after I left, but they managed to send it to me. Appreciate their efforts and commitment to help costumers
The hotel was very clean. The location was also very good. Also, the building was not like other Egyptian buildings, it was very new and beautiful. When we arrived at the hotel, both the person who welcomed us and the person at the reception when we checked out helped us in many matters. Also the manager did his best to help us. They also help you with transportation if you need help. I will probably recommend this place to my friends who want to come to Egypt.
The owners are the best. Even they run a budget hotel, they make you feel like staying in a 5 star hotel. Their hospitality is at the highest level. The host welcomed us with gifts, cold drinks and a special pudding. They also prepared a great breakfast and the best dinner providing many types of traditional food as you can see in the pictures. I recommend this place to everyone because it is close to the pyramids and the host is awesome.
The staff is really friendly and helped us a lot with everything we needed. The place is very near to the pyramids, just 5 minutes walking until the pyramids entrance. There are a lot of restaurants, markets very near and you have good options. The hotel offers differents tour so I really recommend to ask them for the tours because they have really good and cheap deals. The roof top is amazing and you can see the pyramids
It was rhe cheapest place I stayed in Egypt but also my best stay in Cairo I stayed in many hostels during my vacation eas noisy and not clean butiam really greatful that I finally got a good sleep in Egypt the building is European style
The staff were very helpful and the location in convenient with many restaurants and cafes nearby also metro to everywhere
Thank Mary and omibrahim Islam looking to meet you again
Definitely by far the best stay in Egypt and Cairo. The hotel has an amazing (rooftop and hotelroom )view @ the piramides.. secondly and also very important: the family is super friendly and kind. They can help you with everything you want to arrange and need during your stay and constantly take care of cleaning. The most clean hotel I have been in Egypt. Shukran to the whole lovely family. One day I will be back ❤️
The first time I visited Egypt and I was very lucky (this hotel is clean and the service is amazing and the people who work there are always trying to help. I did tourist tours in Giza and Alexandria and they were amazing at a very good price. Many thanks to Mr. Khudari who arranged everything for us and who is one of the best people we know In Egypt, many people thanked him for everything
I felt at home even before I arrived... They follow up with you from airport transfer to booking tours in advance, I arrived at midnight so I arrange the tours with Ola and just pay on arrival with check in and start my tour right next day everything was smooth They will help you very much with everything, and it is best to book tours with the Falcon Pyramids Inn hotel
The location is really great, right on the Nile river, the staff were really great and always helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with water everyday, the breakfast is really good, large variety and tasty! The hotel itself is beautiful and has so much to offer, restaurants, casino, some shopping, really nice for a stay in Cairo
I think this is the best hotel we stayed at during my time in Egypt.
No hassle, no harassment to trick travelers, no being treated like a tourist.
The staff are friendly and sincere, especially Ali, who is very nice and kind to help us just like a friend.
The location is superb.
The room is clean, and the bed is comfy.
The property was very good for the value. The staff, for example, Mohammed, were all very friendly and welcoming, trying to make our stay as good as possible. The location is perfect, right in front of the Egyptian museum and close to some good local restaurants as well as to some bigger hotels with rooftops.
The view is just incredible and the best you can book close to the pyramids. It is really comfortable but not comparable to a 5 star hotel (for example the furniture in the room.) But still it was 100% worth the money and the view from the room and the roof top is INCREDIBLE.
The view!!! Friendly staff, especially Shad ❤️ Very clean. Tasty food! They have arranged for us airport transfer too. Many thanks! I guess if you are looking for the hotel with the best Pyramids view-this is the one!
Very nice room (suite) in a great location (Zamalek). Ahmed and the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Best hotel of our three weeks travel through Egypt.
Room is quite new, staff is nice.
I received best towel ever (very big and thick, even better than in 5 star hotel) and there is phene in toilet (usualy no phene in budget hotel).
Very well organized staff. Lots of fun too.
The buffet breakfast is the best I’ve had in Egypt, lots of variety, delicious food. Big pool
excellent room service. Great hotel
