The fine print
Please note the following property regulations for your reservation:
1. At your arrival you must leave a deposit of €75 for the final cleaning of the flat, this deposit will be returned the day of check-out after being verified and as long as the flat is in a good state of cleanliness and conservation. In the flat you will find everything necessary for your maintenance during your stay.
2. The cleaning of the kitchen and its utensils are of obligatory responsibility of the clients, including the day of check out.
3. If you want the room cleaning service during your stay, you must request it in advance at reception indicating the days you are interested in and upon payment of €10 per day of service requested. This service refers to: making the beds, cleaning the floors and bathroom, and does not include the cleaning of the kitchen and its utensils or the tidying up of personal belongings.
4. Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. In case of an emergency, please request it at the reception desk.
5. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the flats, organize parties or have pets, access is only for registered people.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
