Perfect apartment for exploring the Costa Blanca. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for self catering. The bed was very comfortable, the pool an added bonus! Sandra and Johan were excellent hosts, can't recommend this place enough.

Vicente and his family made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and hospitality were second to none, and they made us feel like we were part of the family. Even the dogs and cats were friendly and welcoming, and of course not forgetting Grecco the Shetland pony. Their home is beautiful, very peaceful and private within a secure gated environment. Our studio had a separate entrance. The beds are very comfortable and the morning view of the rising sun from the bedrooms is just spectacular.
We were invited to help ourselves to the vegetables grown in their garden and also the eggs, freshly laid by their chickens.
The pool area is spacious, sunloungers and chairs are supplied. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful family home for another relaxing break in beautiful Teulada/Moraira

We love Teulada, where we had been before.
We love Teulada, where we had been before. Villa Anita, although quite expensive, did not give us the experience we were hoping for, which had nothing to do with the location. The agency was not there to introduce us to the house, nor when we left to check it over with us. I doubt that its many defects had been checked beforehand. When we lodged our legitimate complaints we felt that we disturbed them. In fairness, they reimbursed us the deposit completely, but then we took great pains to leave the place impeccable, clean and ready to move in.Anne MoniqueFrance

It took 15 mins to walk into town but it is mostly on the flat so nice walk. Quite a few more local restaurants and bars to visit which were closer. Private and secure parking for the car. Washer and dryer available. We really enjoyed our stay.
