Decent accommodation for staying for one day, clean, simple, staff friendly. Breakfast in the morning was continental, you can choose from three egg dishes, was enough. The problem was thin walls, so noise travels easily. We traveled in winter, so not many guest, my guess is that in summer time must be noisy.

We drove there from <barcelona to eat lunch in the restaurant and stayed overnight to lighten the driving in one day. The food and attention are fabulous and reasonably priced for its high quality.

The room was just as in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom too. The parking spot is good, you can use a private key to access the parking lot during the night. It might be far away from the city center but in our case it was not a problem.

Everything. Pets are very welcome and there is plenty of space nearby for them. Our room was upgraded on our second visit in a few days, making our second visit even more enjoyable than the second. Parking, Cleanliness, Comfort, very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

Staff. Clean. Bed comfort. Location in a silent area, very close to Salvador Dali Museum, 6 min walk. Ther is a public free parking lot just 4 min walk from hotel. And a few good restaurants closeby.

Figueres is a slightly shabby town though perfectly friendly and people mostly come here for the Dali museum. Were stayed for a couple of days rest at the end of our long GR11 hike - its much cheaper than Barcelona! tbh though there isn't a lot to do here.

Very nice little town!!
Very nice little town!! People are nice , the restaurants are affordable, they had a really nice food market on Thursday morning! It was perfect!
Its a little town though so 3-4 days is long enough ;)
Be sure to visit the Dali Museum, it’s just unfortunate that the paintings are not better explained. An audio guide would have been appreciated.
The best churros were right around the corner from Duran Hotel!!!

I didn't come for the Dali Museum and didn't go to it.
I didn't come for the Dali Museum and didn't go to it. But Figueres is a pleasant and friendly town and I enjoyed exploring it. It is also a good base for visiting and walking in the surrounding countryside. I had a couple of excellent longish walks in the Serra de Rodes (on two of the megalithic trails) and there is clearly much more to explore.

Trip to the Salvadore Dali museum was excellent,
Food in some cafes inexpensive even in the main Ramblas area.
Visited the St Ferran castillo (N11A north of Figueres). English tours ob specific days of the week. In my opinion not suitable if walking is restricted. There is a 20 min overview in several languages inside. 5€ for standard enttrance. Guided tour 16 euros.

It’s better to go when it’s less crowded, around 12 it’s full of people so better to go earlier in the morning. It takes about 3 hours to observe everything.
If you plan on having a english speaking guide plan way ahead.

I was just passing through to the Pyrenees and it is a good destination to get to from Barcelona by train if you are planning to cycle the Pyranees as I did. The real only attraction in the town is Dali's museum which I never visited. The train from Barcelona is fast and stops only 3 times before reaching Figueres. It does seem as if it is used by a large number of comuters that live in Girona and travel the hour into the city every day so best times to travel areout of peak hours.
The hotel is very well run, with everything immaculately clean and tidy. The room is nicely renovated with high quality bed, pillows, linens and good lighting. The bathroom is spacious and everything was in perfect working order. The breakfast was very very good value, 6€ for a buffet with many options, both cold and hot food, fresh fruit and vegetables. The hotel also has parking attached which is very convenient and less expensive than alternatives in the area. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I recommend to any travellers.
The staff here were brilliant; not that I needed anything out of the ordinary, it's just that they were uniformly friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was both good and very affordable. The room was fine; not amazing, but perfectly acceptable. The hotel is a ten minute walk or a short bus ride to the train station for Barcelona, which was my main reason for choosing it.
I have stayed here several times. I love the location, the plaza is great! There is a lot to do apart from the Museum, which is a must. The apartments are very comfy and have a lot of space. TV and internet was great. Has an elevator if you need it. I love the vibe of Figueres. Went with my whole family this time and everyone loved it. Safe for the kids/teenagers to be around and enjoy.
This is a good, centric hotel in Figueres, convenient both if you come to the town for a few days of sightseeing, or just like me making a night stop within a long travel from Spain to France. They have a parking, I believe, but actually it wasn't difficult to find a free street parking spot in the area South-West of the hotel location, within 5-10 walking distance.
There is a very comfortable parking located just next to the hotel - pretty much impossible to park otherwise. During our breakfast we had a busker play gentle guitar on the street just below the windows - an unforgetable experience. You can't get any closer to the museum and the location is fantastic for exploring Figueres. Overall a great place to stay!
Offered private garage parking close to hotel. Short walk to Salvador Dali Museum. Staff on arrival very polite and efficient. Room very clean and spacious. Restaurant was excellent and staff very good even though it was busy. Excellent choice of hotel for a stop over or a long drive through Spain.
The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The people were very nice and spoke a good level of English. We stayed for a night while traveling to the south of Spain, and it was everything we wanted after a long day of driving and more. It was so nice that we stayed there again on our way back. :)
Parking lot right next to the hotel, 24/7 check-in as advertised. Well-working air conditioning, as the hotel uses old-fashioned keys and not cards, the electricity in the room does not turn off when you leave it it remained nice and cool. Wifi was fine. Everything was clean.
The apartment is right in the city center, next to the Tourist Office and the brand new Dali Museum.
The owner was most helpful, and provided us many useful pieces of advice in order to visit the Alt Emporda.
The apartment is very cozy, and nicely decorated.
+ Baby travel bed was provided. Safe to play and sleep in.
+ Very good location with less than 500 meters to the center of Figueres
+ Breakfast is good value for money and the decor at the ground floor is very nice
+ Triple room is quite spacious
Lovely clean modern apartment in a great location for exploring Figueres. Shops, restaurants, petrol station within 5 mins walk. Secure underground parking underneath and a lift to take you to the apartment. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Room was excellent. Extremely large and comfortable bed! We found the car park very convenient as it was directly opposite the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The staff were extremely helpful and polite.
Very clean and comfortable. Lovely bar area with nice comfy seating areas. The restaurant food and service are very good. Good place to stop on way down to southern Spain not far from the toll road.
Very nice hostel with beautiful terrace in the middle of Figueres center. Lovely staff. It was relatively empty when I was there with a chill atmosphere. Everything was great!
