Nice studio flat. Clean and has everything we needed. Excellent proximity to the beach and the local town and restaurants, and the host was very welcoming and kept in communication throughout the stay. There's supermarkets within a 10/15 minute walk, and a couple of 24-hour stores if needed within about 5 minutes. The petrol station over the road (open until 10pm) is handy for a quick pint of milk/water/snack!
We'd consider going back to stay. If you want to take full advantage of the lovely beach, this is definitely a good place for you.
NB: The pictures below were taken just as we were packing up and preparing to leave!
It is quiet and traditional. There are some beautiful buildings and a lot of sculptures and murals. It is a bit run-down - a lot of bars and shops near the sea front are closed. It seems to suffer from a lack of tourism because of the popularity of modern resorts on Fuerteventura.

I did a lot of research and the best value for money car hire, and I used them for a month, was Autoreisen at the airport.
I went for a cycling holiday, but not too strenuous, and there are a good few miles of relatively flat tracks along the sea front, either side of and through, puerto del rosario. I was a little unlucky with quite high winds, a bit out of character for February/March.
Aldi, Lidl and the large chain Spanish supermarkets available in easy car distance.
I don't know why but the locals and visitors are much more friendly on Fuerteventura than they were on Lanzarote when i went there for a month last year.

This is a real town for locals not primarily tourists , there less restaurants than more tourist places and they are dotted about the town.
It’s got a port and harbour as well as a small beach and a massive shopping centre . Generally the place looks like it’s undergone some improvements, paving, buildings etc , away from the port area there are new , old and abandoned areas all in various stages but I always felt safe. There doesn’t seem to be much nightlife unless we just didn’t find it, even at weekends. We were lucky to be there for the carnival so that was interesting.
It’s ideally located to tour the island as we did in our 2 weeks stay.

It's not a fancy touristy town but we loved it.
It's not a fancy touristy town but we loved it. If you prefer to live like the locals and stay away from mass tourism it is perfect. It is also perfectly located to reach both the north, the south and the west it the island.

This is not a resort, but a real, working port.
This is not a resort, but a real, working port. For me, that was the charm - there are tourists here, but most of the people around are clearly Spanish. The front is pleasant to walk along with lots of places to sit in the sun. There are lots of great cafes and bars, too, and a large shopping centre with up-market shops. The Miguel Unamuno house is worth a visit. Nice town.

Superb location, nice and quiet given how close it is to the airport. Only 1:40 Euros on bus line 3. Go to sleep to sound if surf, my room allowed me to see the sunrise from my terrace. Beautiful hotel, great staff and architecture with palm trees rustling by entrance. Good food too, nice hot water and you can walk straight from the hotel along the rocky coastline one way and a nice sandy beach the other. Wanted to stay longer but stuck with my plans. Recommend 😃
This is an exceptional apartment, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and powerful air conditioning. I found the apartment impeccably clean and pleasingly quiet. The host is highly responsive and accommodating. The location is well situated in the heart of Puerto del Rosario close to the beach. There is a balcony with an ocean view. A little luxury in Fuerteventura. Highly recommended.
Front desk and general staff very, very friendly and nice. They helped us answering our questions regarding where to go and what to do in Fuerteventura and they helped us rent a car from local rental company Delta at a fair rate. Always a nice, helpful attitude. 5 starts to the staff!
The location is 3 minutes from the beach. Being so close to the airport wasn't that bad regarding the noise.
The flat was spacious with three bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a door that separated the living room from the bedrooms so that if somebody woke earlier they didn't bother the ones still sleeping (we have a 3-year old :) ). Puerto del Rosario is not a sight to see but it's in the center so it's a good base to discover the island from.
An ideal place to relax in peace and quiet in privacy. Very good contact with the owners. Well-kept, clean swimming pool. People have different requirements but we didn't miss anything here and we had a very good rest. Very close to Playa Blanca. If you don't have expectations of five-star hotels, I guarantee that this place will meet your expectations!
Booked at the last moment purely for its location and was positively surprised. The hotel is old, yes, - that can be seen from the photos right away. But the location is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and has all you need for a short stay. Views over the city from the old terrace as a bonus.
Great deal for it's price.
We had a great time at Monica's flat. It's situated in a quit area outside of Puerto del Rosario. For us it was the perfect location to discover the north. The apartment is nicely done up and has everything you need. We used the WiFi as remote workers all the time and had never problems with it. So all in all we had a perfect stay.
The host was very helpful and attentive. The apartment was clean and in good order and had all the equipment we needed.
Plenty of space to park close to the apartment. Only two minutes from the main road to reach anywhere on the island.
Puerto del Rosario is centrally located and close to the airport
Good location, just 10mins drive from bars and eaterieshing machine in Puerto del Rosario. Hot tub on large balcony was very good with great views of surrounding hills during the day and stars at night. Good water pressure for shower and even a washing machine in the small kitchen area.
This is a perfectly located apartment in Puerto del Rosario. It was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and easy to deal with. The restaurant that they also run is conveniently located downstairs and highly recommended, as is the paella that has to be booked in advance.
Stunning sea view from our room. Watching the sunrise from bed every morning. Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Shower was nice and soothing and location was great with a 20 to 30 minute walk to the centre but this was along the beach.
The place is nice and clean except this is not a typical hotel. There is no 24/7 front desk reception. This is more a block with small flats.
you have a separate entrance, inside is the room with bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy.
The host was wonderful. She gave tips about what to do in Fuerteventura and even picked me up from the bus stop.
The flat was impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the public transport is also very close by.
New apartament, all equipment seems to be very new.
Super fast Internet 200 Mbit/s and above
Planty hot water
Smart TV
Walking distance to every thing in Puerto del Rosario
Planty towels and very clean bed covers.
We loved the possibility of the one night stay, very friendly staff and the immediate access to the beach (Playa Blanca) from the hotel. The breakfast was also creative.
Perfect position in Puerto del Rosario: close to the beach, the mall and bus stations.
The flat is nice and has all the necessary furniture.
Great Wifi connection.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Particularly liked the laid table when we arrived, very welcoming.I
