Elevated location with a view over town, plenty of space, very friendly and generous host.
Not a negative per se but something to be aware of: This is a tourist town that caters for day tourists, so there are no services in the evenings, all restaurants close at 18:00, the place dies out in the evenings. There are cooking facilities but you need to get your groceries before you arrive or drive 10-15 km to get groceries.
Offering a garden, Villa Antonia features accommodations in Betancuría. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the vacation home free of charge.

A beautifully renovated old house. The barbecue is excellent. You will miss it, if you don't use it. You can see Arco de las Penitas from the terrace.

Betancuria is the historic capital of Fuerteventura and many tourists visit it during day time. There are about seven restaurants which all close before 18h00 and it is very quiet during the evening. It is a great starting point for trips in the region and a paradise for hikers.

The former capital is a small town hidden in a beautiful valley (together with Vega de Rio Palmas). It can be busy with tourists visiting during daytime but it's very quite during the morning and in the evening.
