My name is Lindsay and I form part of the Villas Tenerife team, a small family run business operating in La Caleta, Adeje, since 2001. La Caleta, is the jewel of Costa Adeje - once a small fishing village, not pinpointed on the map - it is now a bustling seaside resort with visitors from all over the globe. Offering fine seaside restaurants on your doorstep you do not need to leave the village - although Tenerife as an island has so much to offer if you explore. With a variety of beaches to choose from, the nearest is Playa El Varadero – with rocks and pebbles ideal for snorkeling in the clear sea water. Playa La Enramada is just over a 5 minute walk, this is a natural beach covered with volcanic sand and pebbles – a popular spot to watch the paragliders land while enjoying a drink in the beach bar. The nearest golden sandy beach is the Playa del Duque, a 25 min walk along the lovely promenade. The area is also ideal for golfing holidays due to the close proximity to the Costa Adeje golf course, Or perhaps you would like to pamper yourselves in one of the best wellness centres, in the nearby luxury hotels of Costa Adeje.
