The location of this hotel is great, right next to the mosque, but that's about the only good thing about it. I only booked it for the flower festival as there were no other options available, the rooms are ok size but very dated, with uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls, so I could hear shower and toilet in the next door room constantly. The hallway also echoes a lot so you're woken up by drunk guests getting to their rooms in the middle of the night.

Great city with many attractions and good vibe.
Great city with many attractions and good vibe. Quaint little streets and plenty of restaurants and shops. The mosque/cathedral (Mezquita de Cordoba) is a must to see. Beautiful, spell binding. Unfortunately for us we were there on a Monday and some things were not available to see/participate in i.e. the Equastrian show, the synagogue in the Jewish centre.

40 C in Cordoba during my stay but because the property is in the historic part of the city and of a very old design, the apartment was cool. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

It's a slower-paced city, much quieter than Seville but still steeped in history with lots to see and do and so much good food on offer. It's also very reasonably priced and easy to walk around - but boy was it hot!

As I mentioned in my main review, during the time of our stay, Cordoba Feria was on, so the place was pretty rammed with visitors, especially in the Old Town and Judiah sectors.
Similarly, it was necessary to pre-book restaurants for both lunch and dinner each day as all the decent ones were pretty much full. Also, dining times are a lot later than in the UK, lunch often between 1400 and 1600 and dinner between 2100 and 2330 hours. Interestingly, 90% of bars and restaurants plus a lot of the shops, seem to close between 1600 and 2000 hours, a throwback I think to days of siestas.
Temperature wise, in May it was about perfect during the daytime, in shorts and tee shirts, especially when the sun was out which was most of the time. However a fleece is definitely required in the evenings, especially if dining al fresco.
Had a very pleasant stay, and saw most of what I had intended to, but unsure whether I would be in a hurry to come back, especially given how busy the tourist areas were plus it proved quite a challenge to navigate the narrow streets especially if you happened to get caught up with a guided tour party of which there were many.
Oh, and very few people speak English either so to have a few words of basic Spanish is recommended.
I stayed in a lot of hotels while in Spain and this one was my favorite! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic, I did get an upgrade for a very small amount and had a small kitchen and sitting area with couch included. They had extra towels and blankets, extra amenities in the bathroom like toothbrushes and bath sponges and shaving kit. It seems like this hotel really went the extra mile! There was a terrace upstairs Lots of information in lobby about tourist attractions.
Cordoba Centre is a old fashioned descent hotel from the turn of the last century when construction work in Spain was carried out with the highest possible standard in building materials The doors are solid , the bath room with marble and a real bath. The beds are very comfortable and the decoration although updated since the hotel was built, still keeping its end of the 90ties conservative style. No shouting colours, no led light or black & grey walls. Very pleasant indeed.
Rooms were fantastic! Modern, comfortable and spacious. Great for a short or long stay with nice sized bathroom, main room and kitchen area that had a washer and cloths drying rack. Best air conditioning in Spain! Area was 10 min walk from the center with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Hosts were great at communication and available for any questions. 15 min walk from Train Station wasn't bad either.
The location is superb- the sun terrace has spectacular views
The accommodation was he best of all of our 2 week stay in Spain! 2 beds and 2 showers was a real luxury!
The owners have such great recommendations and also videos and pics of entry and check out and how things worked it was really helpful-
Also responded to WhatsApp very promptly when we needed an extra bath mat! Thank you
The hotel was small and charming. Very helpful staff, though some spoke little English (and I spoke little Spanish). The breakfast was sufficient (toasted rolls with tomato purée and finely chopped ham, hard boiled eggs, small yogurts, fruit, VERY strong coffee). We checked out and (with the staff’s help) left our luggage in a locked closet for a final day’s wander in Córdoba.
Staff very helpful and welcoming. Upon check in they gave us cold fresh juice and soda/wine drinks chilled. We paid for the parking with our room and it was very convenient under the hotel. We were close to the main attractions in Cordoba. We ate at the marketplace close to the hotel and it was very good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and inexpensive drinks.
Excellent apartment in a great location with parking. Very clean apartment with a hotel-quality bed and fabulous shower. The kitchen was well-equipped and the seating area was comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor beside the main inner courtyard and also had an extra courtyard off the bedroom.
A small luxury hotel in a renovated building. Although much of the original was preserved, the hotel is extremely well done with state of the art rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It has two roof top lounges with great views. Highly recommended.
I loved every thing about this hotel! It’s beautiful, large, peaceful, clean, stylish and luxurious.
The staff are super friendly and nice. The underground baths are so cool and relaxing.
. Everywhere you look is simply gorgeous. A must stay when in Cordoba!
Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from la Mezquita but in a very quiet Street. The Oranges that the host had left for us in the kitchen were really nice. We really enjoyed eating them all! The best accommodation so far during our travel in the south of Spain
1st time getting one room for 3 friends. Room was spacious and had 4 beds with large bathroom. Room was back from noise of town. Had great a/c and 1st fan in bathroom during multiple stops in Spain. City's attractions are JUST outside the front door!
Lovely large room! Nice amenities throughout the hotel with a nice large bathroom. This is difficult to find in Spain. The hotel offered a very nice breakfast. The pool area is wonderful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
Very cozy and chic boutique hotel that’s at the center of Cordoba. The staff were cheerful and helpful, giving us tips of good places to eat and visit, and accompanied us to the parking.
Charming historical hotel located in the heart of Córdoba. The room was small but opened onto a courtyard that served as a sitting room. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure c
Amazing guesthouse. In an amazing location, wonderful food and value for money,, possibly one of the best places to visit in the region and the whole of Spain
Decent location. Kinda of business location. Not in neighborhood. About 20 min walk to Jewish Quarter, etc. Bed was best I’ve slept on in Spain. I like FIRM.
Terrific Hotel. Staff were courteous & polite. Given a lovely room which had all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Excellent all round! 👍
