Great stay at home place with very comfortable bed and great almost beachfront location. Loved the normal pillows instead of the annoying long andalusian pillow.

Sabinillas is a nice village with a serene atmosphere and a friendly human touch, close enough to the hustle and bustle of Estepona and Marbella, but retaining its treasure box splendor and laid back feeling of a smaller town.
This Sabinillas apartment is an ideal place for families and friends, close to 2 supermarkets (Jamon, Carrefour), a playground, pharmacy, gas station, and obviously, the playa.
It is fully equipped, no need to bring any appliances. The AC and the fans provide cool moments after a hot day on the beach, which is 10 mins walk away. A good number of nice simple restaurants are also within walking distance, our 2 favorite choices of food were the pil pil and the swordfish steak. You can park your car on the street for no fee.
Adrienne, the host is always available to answer questions via WhatsApp, and most importantly, knows the secret location of bin liners :) The place is exactly like in the pictures, no catch.
All things considered, for more than 2 travelles, this apartment may very well be the perfect choice.

A smaller place like Sabinillas is a nice change as I usually stay in large cities. Have friends here and always enjoy coming back to see them and spend some time walking the lovely beach, which one can do for kilometres in each direction.
Also nicely located to visit other seaside towns like Estepona, or head up into the hills to see some of the white villages, medieval ruins, countryside restaurants, especially for weekend lunches.
Sabinillas is an easy 90 minutes from Malaga or Cadiz, less to Ronda or Gibraltar and only about 2.5 hours from Seville, so a nice base to explore Andalucia, especially if you have a car.

The water looked clean from the beach but once in patches of debris floating at me; string, yogurt cups, plastic wrappers, granules of something. Strangely I didn't see much of this trash on the beach. Wonder why.

We lived in the area for 5 years and this was always my favourite village hence our decision to stay here on our return.
Sabinillas is a mixed village, predominantly Spanish but very friendly and English is spoken here. It has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the best cafes, bars and restaurants you will find.
The beach is wonderful; clean, tidy and with some fantastic chiringuito bars. There is a vibrant beach front with cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Behind the beach front there are quiet, rustic streets with more shops and cafes. Further up there are more shops and typical Spanish restaurants. All over the village there are take aways with a choice of pizza, pollo, burgers, Chinese and local food.
If you are going as a couple, have a young family, or just want to stay away from the ex Pat booze bars this is the place to try.

We had an awesome time at the small hotel! The stay was amazing, and the breakfasts were really great, especially the scrambled eggs. The pool was fantastic, and everything was well thought out. The views were beautiful, and there were so many nice details that were fun to look at. Everything was done with a lot of taste. Julie and Steve were really welcoming and pleasant. We'd definitely stay there again, but we might not be able to drive so far next time.
The hotel was very clean and we had a lovely large room with a separate sitting room area, a large bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel location is perfect for all the facilities and attractions Sabinillas has to offer.
Good communication from the hotel before my arrival. Everyone very friendly. Room had every thing I needed and was spotlessly clean. Great position, right beside the seafront and only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars.
Right on the beach. Great location but little to see or do in Sabinillas except Oliver Twist is a great restaurant. We booked the room overlooking the beach and all was excellent. We did not eat at the hotel.
Good location for seeing the surround area. The hotel does not do breakfast however there are many local cafe in the area. You could not be more closer to the beach it's literally on your doorstep
The receptionist was quiet helpful. He was happy to speak french with me. Hotel very closed to the beach. Quiet room except the noisy ventilation in the bathroom
