The flat has just been re-designed to a completely new, fresh and modern flat though in a beautiful old building. It is close to Madrid Rio, Matadero, Rastro, La Latina, Atocha and all musuems around it. You’ll love my place because as you can enjoy a large selection of local non-touristic restuarants around while being close to to almost all "must-see" by walking 20 minutes. The metro station is just 5-7 minutes away.
The flat is situated in Acacias which is quite centric and is close to Lavapies, Rastro, Atocha and all musuems around Atocha. It is also situated by Madrid Rio which is a beautiful very long park perfect for walks. There are plenty of local and non-touristic restuarants and bars. There is even a Flamenco bar.
