The warm hospitality of the couple who run the place, the excellent location, the swimming pool, the breakfast which beats all expectations, last but not least, the charming city nearby--I can't think of having made a better choice in my many years of travel in Europe. It's a bit tricky to find the spot but your google map or other guides do known the place very well, so you shouldn't worry too much.

We enjoyed the pool after coming back from exploring Avignon. Avignon is a 25 minutes walk away. We will definitely come back here if we will visit Avignon again.
