very pleasant, clean, friendly staff, excellent wifi, comfortable bed
breakfast - a little bit expensive
Luxury place with excellent service . Stay comes with a free duck!
Friendly and very competent reception staff. Was with elderly mother so did not use the hotel facilities. Loved the location which was main reason for choosing the hotel. Liked the fact the window opened. The room was lovely and quiet.
Having to leave.
Wonderful room with a great view into the cute little courtyard. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was amazing with a separate deep bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, we walked almost everywhere.
The staff was so helpful and our overall experience at the hotel was really great. They exceeded expectations!
1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Good location 3. Clean and modern contemporary design 4. 24hour gym
1. Shops at the surrounding areas close on Sat and Sun
Very clean rooms, not noisy Nice bathroom Friendly staff Wifi superstable
Breakfast a tad on the pricey side, but tasty so ok.
Rooms Bed Location Service
I got a quiet room high up facing the courtyard. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The staff were very friendly.
Bed fantastic. Bar opens until two o'clock in a city where pubs and restaurants closes at eleven, for my deep deep disappointment.
London is not really a cheap town. The Hotels, not this in particular, in general, are not exception.
The Room, The staff's politeness
The distance of the room from the elevator
An excellent location - whilst outside the traditional tourist areas, the quietness of Fleet Street at weekends means the walk to Covent Garden/Soutbank etc is very pleasant.
Clean, neat, convenient - this hotel met all our needs for a short stay in the business area of London
We didn't find any negatives staying in this hotel
Room was spacious and comfortable
Concierge service was outstanding. Overall one of the best stays we've had anywhere.
Lovely modern hotel right on Fleet Street. The room was pleasant and the bathroom was great. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay there again.
The bar staff could have been a bit more reactive. But I would not see this as criticism as such rather a training need.
Everything! Clean, comfortable And beautifully presented hotel in a great location. Highly professional staff who were welcoming but unobtrusive.
Hotel was first class. Within walking distance of Covent Garden, River Thames and St Pauls Cathedral yet extremely peaceful. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the Club Lounge well worth the extra cost.
Everything was perfect.
Excellent Location, quiet and clean
One of the 3 rooms we had was on ground floor with window to the courtyard where peope sit.
Generous sized room. Good free wifi. Excellent 4 * accommodation. Fairly central to Covent Gardens and St Pauls. Recent refurbishment. Best shower and bath of our whole trip. Nice bath robes.
Taxi set down area not well known by taxis. Limited close eateries, especially at weekend.
Do not believe any complainers. This is a top notch hotel and compared to others in this category, exceptional value.
A good place to start a holiday in London.great access to buses and taxis. Staff very hospitable.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. This hotel is always spotless and I love that it's tucked away a small walk from the bustle. I've stayed here on multiple occasions and normally I would give excellent for everything but I didn't like our room location as much this time (see below). Staff as always brilliant. Breakfast is also of a high standard.
Room location. We were facing outwards into the side street which I think on a normal weekend would be fine but unfortunately the building next door was being renovated and the noise at 0700 on the Saturday morning was horrendous as they were throwing metal piping into the back of a flatbed!! Not hotels fault but something to be aware of if you get an outer facing room.
Honestly the best hotel in London I've ever been at. I'll be back for sure!
We were given a room with a balcony which was perfect for photographs of our daughter in her wedding dress.
Personally I didnt really need the facilitiy of the Club Lounge (too quiet) as I like to people watch at breakfast time etc.
