No free wifi.
It was a bit noisy, but due to other guests. There was no control over that from the management
Location was good. The hotel was reasonable for the price
Room quite small with little room between the bed and one wall, but adequate for one nights stay.
Convenient for Paddington station and close to other tube stations. Close to Kensington Gardens.
The lower ground room was very hot and stuffy
Beds comfy nice room and close to Hyde park
Shower was lovely and although the room was small it was perfectly formed! Staff were helpful too
Paid wifi Small room
Location Helpful staff
Toilet didn't work. But it was only a 1 night stay so I wasn't too bothered.
The smallest hotel room I've ever seen. The bed took up 90% of the room. The toilet kept breaking and the walls were incredibly thin.
The location was good with plenty of local restaurants.
Had to pay for WiFi
The shower was cool
País wi fi
Cramped space, no free wi-fi
Great showers and bathroom, friendly staff, central location, modern design of rooms
I could here everything from the room next door
Room small but very modern
Hotel is brilliantly located just round corner from paddington. Also across the road is an Ask italian restaurant which is brilliant if you have kids with you. It's basic but comfortable and quiet.
Wi-fi was very unstable and I ended up wasting lots of minutes. There was no remote for the TV.
The bathroom was 1 metre wide and no-one could sit on the toilet because the basin cupboard was 6 INCHES from the front of the loo seat. We were told by reception a full English breakfast was £7 each, but after we paid we found it was a very low grade uncooked breakfast choice.
The location was convenient.
The toilet broke three times during my 36 hour stay, which meant I had to try and flush with water from the kettle. Room tiny and no water glass. In all, a mistake on my part booking this hotel.
Nothing to dislike
Good location easy reach of underground value for money
You have to pay for wifi
Location excellent, only 1 min from paddington station
basic rooms and need to pay for every thing including WIFI and baggage storage
We have been here only for one day but even though there was not too many free rooms left - we got a nice room. Localisation is superb just close to Hyde Park. Visiting London - you can easily count on this Hotel and be sure of really good price. We do fully recommend!
WiFi should be bought! Room was very small, which is a usual for London I presume.
It is very close to Paddington station, with several supermarkets and pubs close by, I found it a safe and convenient location. Also, the room was very clean, which is a big plus. Breakfast wasn't anything special or very interesting, and was served in the basement. However, I still think it was a very good value for the price, and definitely suited me on a business trip.
small room, decor seen better days, window didn't shut 100%
cheap, convenient for Paddington
Staff n small tight rooms
Bed space is small
Location and cleanness
