This friendly bed and breakfast-hotel is just minutes from Hyde Park and close to Oxford Street for shopping. Paddington Station is just a 2-minute walk away and has train services to Heathrow...

There was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom
good location for weekend travellers, as you are very close to Paddington Station and close to Hyde Park for morning run, etc.
WiFi costs 2 GBP per hour (what?) and if you care to leave your bags at the front desk after check out…uh, that will be an additional 5 GBP. Yep.
The bathroom had transparent glass so you could see into it. We had to put a duvet over the door.
Pleasant welcome. Room small though well decorated. It was cold and the windows were not double glazed. Good area, easy to get to.
London hotels are expensive but then so is London
Everything excellent location close to everything room was super comfortable going to book again for next year !!!
Room was cosy, and nicely decorated.
The room was far to small for the amount we paid. Also a lot of things in the room were dirty ( the bed throw, the pillows were yellow).
Had to pay £5 to leave my luggage and bags for a few hours.
-Very friendly stuff. -Very good location (5 mins walk from Paddington station). -Clean.
Poor breakfast (paid). Paid wifi
Comfortable and clean
Had to pay for luggage storage. Had to pay for Wi-Fi
The location to the office and tube station.
Stained carpets, damp smell, cramped toilet seat.Small wardrobe,
It is near underground stations (1-2minutes); near shopping street; good restaurant across the street and good bar in the corner of the street; stuff were friendly; room was very clean, especially bathroom, every day fresh towels; very satisfied.. It is excellent for people who don't need luxury but still looking for something very good.
Not for people who want silence because the walls are thin and also not for people who want big room. Water heater was old and not for use.
Very good location in respect to where I was working in Paddington. Stayed in numerous hotels in area, found Edward to be better standard than the rest. Bathroom good size and quality good. No breakfast taken as had early starts at work, TV good picture and TV size excellant.
most appliances in room where falling apart.
The location is great. The bedroom was quite large and the bed was incredibly comfy!
Our room was right next to the breakfast area which wasn't ideal, but otherwise the place was great.
Very comfortable bed and bery clean room
Very small room even though they gave us a bigger room.
Room was tiny given the pictures on the website! Couldn't move in the bathroom and the continental breakfast was shocking for the price!
It was clean, quiet, two minutes walk to underground, cash machines and eateries around the area.
Paid WiFi. Should be free.
The location being very close to Paddington Station is fantastic.
We got a split level room advertised as a quadruple but it is not meant for 4 single beds. There is a split level with 2 single beds per level. The kettle & cupboard is at the upper level whilst the bathroom is at the lower level. The 2 single beds are only 10 cm apart from each other with hardly any space for 2 people to move...what more for 4 people. You paying a quadruple price for a room that is meant for only 2 persons and even then, barely. We were ripped off on value! Avoid like the plague.
Location and price. Rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was excellent
Decor was dated and the air con did not work. There were patches of spores caused by condensation.
Comfort room nice staffs
This hotel has a good location but is under poor management. The woman who runs the front desk tries extremely hard to be helpful and compensate for a disagreeable attitude by management. As overheard several times she is berated by her manager who has an extremely negative attitude about customer service, viewing customers to be endured; clueless about hotel hospitality
The worst bed ever experienced in over 25 years of living and working in Europe . Talked to the couple checking out before us; they had the same experience. They were also waiting for airport transportation and told they would have to pay 5 pounds each sutitcase just to leave them while they went to eat at local restaurant.
Polite staff. Decent value for money.
The walls were paper thin, so we were up half the night with a hen party on one side of the wall and an overly amorous couple on the other!
For what you pay and considering the location, I think its very good value. While basic and small, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
