Great location next to the M20. Wonderful welcome by the reception - who were very helpful. Large room with a very comfy bed. Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

    The staff were absolutely lovely..

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

The little house has modern furnishings, 4 bedrooms that easily fit 6 adults and 2 bathrooms. The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.

We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!

Stayed at the hotel after a family holiday to France and it was perfect for our needs. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel location was Ideal after a long drive with the kids and dog to rest up and even have a swim in the morning (without the dog) The hotel is very close to other facilities in the local area to grab any supplies before we drove home. We will use Ashford International Hotel & Spa again

Beautifully restored listed property, and the owners have worked well to create a pleasant holiday home, with comfortable rooms, high ceilings and gorgeous beams. Kitchen had more gadgets than you would normally find - ie air fryer/breadmaker/blender. Location is great, close to town and main routes through Kent, but also set in beautiful countryside. Sadly didn’t get to use the tennis court or the bbq!

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Ashford International for a night with my daughter and sister. The hotel overall and the room were extremely clean. The facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious. They even had a waffle maker. The staff I spoke to seemed very friendly especially the chef Albert. Overall the rest of the staff could smile more :) Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Chris for a wonderful holiday in your property. Very spacious, clean and everything and more than you needed was provided. It's location was better than we had thought and we were able to travel along the coast to enjoy Kent which was a first for us all. Absolutely loved it. The whole family enjoyed it and were sad to leave.

This property has everything! Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach! We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and were happy we did. Thanks Sue and Martin!

This was simply superb! The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The owners were friendly, but respected my privacy. The breakfast food - left in the kitchen before arrival - was great. The location was also excellent, and ideal for those wishing to explore the Kent countryside. I'll definitely be back.
