Beautiful Manor House, very vintage and grand.
Our room was huge, spa facilities were lovely. Couldn’t fault our stay. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and again couldn’t fault the staff. Food was delicious.

Great location next to the M20. Wonderful welcome by the reception - who were very helpful. Large room with a very comfy bed. The gym is very well equipped and pretty quiet first thing in the morning. Walkable to the Ashford Warren for a pleasant morning walk. All the food that I had was of a high standard.

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

the hotel (champneys) was amazing , the outlet village was excellent , very clean , lots of choice , great restaurants for lunch , parking was cheap at £2.00 for every 4 hours . never ventured into the city centre so can't comment on that .deanUnited Kingdom

The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.LuciaGermany

The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. The hotel overall and the room were extremely clean. The facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious. They even had a waffle maker. The staff I spoke to seemed very friendly especially the chef Albert. Overall the rest of the staff could smile more :) Would definitely stay here again.
