cost effective option. Off street parking.
Continental rather than cooked breakfast.
Staff was very kindly and helper to foreing people. Moreover, it was very good for money to these features.
Although some users write that wifi is problematic, it was not. Yet, one adaptor is travelling the hole otel, but still very powerfull.
They owner was friendly nd got foods to suit my sons diet in for his breakfast gluten free bread nd soya milk
The room needed to be upgraded as toilet in room booked was shared with other guests not ideal with small child. The other guests were very nosiy I was woken at 5 most nights nd 1 and last night with screaming nd shouting

Clean tidy and very friendly
Excellent breakfast. Very clean sand neat area. Nice big plasma TV.
The owner was flexible on breakfast so our little one had a lie in and breakfast! We could check out at a flexible time.
Everything, the Hotel was really confortable and the staff really good and closely.
May be the location is not the best to visit the city centre but you can take several buses in some stops near to the Hotel around 15 or 20 minutes
Very clean comfortable room wifi safe parking . Restaurants and takeaway is three minutes drive .
Staff and breakfest! The place is located near bus stop and easy to go to centre.
Very friendly owner of the Hotel. It was my second time after a year and he greeted me with my name to my greatest surprise. Very helpful and accommodating as well in terms of check in and out. Very good value for money. It is a bit further out of the city center which is good if you want to have your peace. A Tesco and restaurants are close by, bus stop to the city center in front of the door.
The walls are a little thin so you can hear noise and the doors bang. Then again, this is England,...
Man at front of house very friendly and helpful.
the room above very noisy most of the night.
The staff member was friendly and helpful. He opened the taxi door for me when I arrived and showed me to my room. The room had tea facilities. I felt safe.
The room was very cold as all the windows were left open and the little radiator wouldn't turn very hot, just stayed warm. The neighbours in nearby rooms were loud.
The room the friendly staff
That there weren't any shower gels
Greeted by name, manager went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable :) deffo recommend!
The staff was great...very friendly, helpful, and funny. I felt very safe. The location was right off the main road Hagley and very close to the bus stop. Was easy to get around the town to just about anywhere.Looks like renovation are taking place little by little, so one can see some of the older parts, but by far this was very clean. I showered down the hall as there wasn't a shower in my room, but I booked for shared facility to save a bit of money. The shared facility was VERY Clean!!!I would definitely stay here again.
I wish I could have stayed longer.
very friendly staff, nice breakfast
The staff were lovely and the room was basic but fit for purpose - comfortable bed.
The noise - people were coming and going all night, plus I could hear voices from downstairs until 2am and again at 6am. Not a good night's sleep!
The beds were comfy, staff were friendly
No cooked food at breakfast, room was dusty, had to find on the satnav, didn't like the location of room, was shown over road from reception, to another building to our room, was disappointed with breakfast room size, not very clean.
Staff very rude not a good value for muney
Location in good area.Near bus stop to city centre. Continental breakfast OK but would have paid extra for a full English breakfast.
