The location was the best hands down. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Radisson Blu Edwardian was all that we had hoped for!
Excellent concierge service, issues dealt with speedily.
Key cards had to be re-set, another family booked in to our room half-way through our stay.
Brilliant location. Concierge desk were good.
Room was small and dingy. Decor was dated and shabby. Bed wasn't comfy. Ordered eggs benedict one morning and the Hollandaise sauce just tasted of vinegar, it was vile. Service at breakfast was slow.
The location is fantastic right in the middle of all the hotspots brilliant
Location Comfort Size of room and bed
Poor WiFi Restaurant bar not as good as it should be for a Radisson
Everything was good, the staff were particular excellent, the location was great.....
Impeccable, friendly staff and well located
Great location. Close to everything Helpful staff
Generally old hotel
Staff where great, location was fantastic.
Wasn't value for money, very expensive and didn't include breakfast, before we upgraded to a business suite our room was box small.
we were two sisters on a weekend break , hotel was in good location thought it may bit a bit noisey being in leicester square etc, but we had a room at the back and heard no noise and had wonderful view of big ben and london eye etc, lovely clean hotel staff cant do enough for you etc lovely bed , towels toiletries etc .
tha fact we booked through booking.com and requested twin room , this is in fact not guarenteed when you dont book direct through hotel , we ended up with a double not even a king , room quite small , also no biscuits on tea tray which does not really make it a 5* , and tiny cartons of milk all full fat ! ! but when we asked a t the desk for low fat they gave us two jugs full :)
Everything. Location is great, Staff and service is excellent.
The name of the hotel is Hampshire. No one in the area knew it as Radisson Blu. Also, the entrance is in the middle of the square so the taxi could not drop us off right at the netrance which was a mild inconvenience with our luggage but apart from that minor issue everything else was great.
Location was excellent and room was really clean. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful
The room we stayed in was a little dark as it only had 1 small window which looked out onto a brick wall. Also the maids room was opposite our room so it was really noisy especially first thing on a morning i.e. 6.30am and onwards
Very central location, great restaurants, bars, theatres, all within close walking distance, however the hotel was nice and quiet, with great views over Leicester Square. The whole experience was wonderful.
There was nothing not to like.
Excellent spotless hotel. Air conditioning in bedroom extremely welcoming. Location fabulous for theatre and a short walk to covent gardens and Trafalgar Square. Top notch hotel. Loved everything about it.
The only negative was the booking in time of 3pm was too late.
Room was fine
Cancellation Policy (100% Room Rate even when cancelled two months before date on basis that it is "Advanced Purchase" which, by definition, every hotel booking is! Also inconsistent cancellation policy - two days after I made the booking, I was offered the same room for £64 less per night, now including breakfast, with a proper cancellation policy up to 72 hours ahead of time. Booking clerk clearly had no understanding of the frustration this causes, and the blank stare when one actually raises it with someone, apparently in authority, who simply hide behind "it is hotel policy" when clearly hotel policy can be anything they choose at any particular time
The location with the park across the road and proximity to theatres, shopping. The rooms and amenities were very good.
The fact that front desk staff couldn't get the room correct when putting through phone calls. This caused me a number of problems. Room service was overpriced and quality was poor.
Location, staff, room, view, service, bathroom, breakfast, decor.
Where do I start! This hotel is perfect in everyway! We upgraded to a one bedroom suite 106 and it was just amazing with perfect view over leicester square. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpfull and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was recommended to us by family and I will certainly be recommending it as well as booking to stay again as soon as I can. Thank you radisson for making a special weekend break that is very rare even more perfect for us.
Our stay wasn't long enough!
Great Hotel with wonderful and helpful front of house staff. Superb location, and would doubtless stay again if ever in London. We will certainly recommend it to all friends visiting London
The bed was too hard and we slept on top of the duvet, which was fine given the wonderful heatwave that followed us where ever we went. The breakfast food was good but the service almost non existant
This was just just amazing and the hospitality was better than first class!!
Location at the heart of Lec. Square.
One of the very best boutique hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Simply brilliant and would stay again for sure.
Staff is great Location is perfect
Room is old fashioned and tired and had no safe
Excellent location walking distance to everything. Very helpfull staff. All of them We arrived very early in the morning and they did everything possible to accommodate us early even though our room was not ready. They gave us a different room to rest and leave our luggage for a few hours
The rooms are small, but I guess is the price to pay for an excellent location . I will not say that is a big issue.
