Arrived early to find our room was ready which was great. A fantastic location with welcoming staff and great rooms.
there was nothing we did not like,,
building work. Shaby bedroom
The whole experience
The room was wonderful, enormous bathroom. Evem though we had a room overlooking the square we were not disturbed by the evening's events.
Nothing to complain about.
The location was excellent, close to everything but the hotel was not noisy. The helpfulness of the staff has to be commended. Would definitely stay there again.
Location was great and staff very helpful and attentive, the only negative was no swimming pool, only a minor point though as we really enjoyed our stay
Gorgeous hotel, central location.
Grumpy staff on the desk! Pricey!!
Attention to detail with the staff, very friendly and helpful loved the swans and rose petails on the bed
Only complaint was room size really have had bigger rooms and beds bigger andore comfortable in cheaper hotels
Everything about the hotel was lovely, staff, facilities, room too. Would definatley stay there again it was just a bit expensive for room only and no breakfast. I think it should have been included in the price.
My only problem was the price of the drinks in the bar, my husband was going to get a brandy before we retired for the evening, luckily the bar staff spoke to us before he poured it out as it was £100 a shot. Which I think is extremely expensive.
Fantastic location, nice rooms, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff
The hotel is in a perfect location when visiting London as a tourist. We were upgraded as Booking.com didn't make sure, as per my request for two single beds in the room! I was staying with my daughter, it was a treat for her and it took quite a while when we arrived to get things sorted out.
Location excellent for West End Theatre's most only a few minutes walk from hotel. Hotel staff pleasant, helpful and very efficient nothing was too much trouble, concierge on the ball at all times. Would certainly stay here when next in London.
The staff and position of the hotel
No complaint at all
My well equipped room overlooked Leicester Square and was unexpectedly quiet. Afternoon tea delicious and substantial.
Some of the staff where friendly...
Staff entering my room for no reason !!! when dont disturb was on with the excuse checking the room.... more than in 1 occasion!!! house keeping was non existant and they wanted to clean the room at 9 pm all the time and not in the morning !!! for a 5* hotel not having proper room service after 1 am and calling to say they have run out from most their items and its takes 45 min for a bacon sandwich and when it arrives its extremely cold and charging 10 pounds for it its a joke!!!! it a big no go and for sure will never step in a radisson again !!!! what a waste of money !!!
Excellent location. The staff is very kind and helpful
Not enough room to store clothes. Need to add a cabinet with shelves or drawers.
Location spot on. Staff excellent. Hotel spotlessly clean
Lack of storage place in room Mini bar had only one tonic but two miniature gins. Saturday night had to queue for the lift. Saturday night no room in bar to have a drink.
The Staff were wonderful and really helpful.
I got over charged on a couple of breakfast items and are still waiting for those to be rectified. I was charged for two breakfast's when I was only travelling as an individual. Additionally they tried to charge me for an item from the mini bar which I did not use, that however was dealt with promptly. I would stay at this hotel again however I would read over your final bill in detail.
Location was fab. 2 mins from theatre. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Requested twin beds but got double.
Really lovely room and the staff were all really helpful
housekeeping cleared out the bins but then accidentally left the bin bag by the bedside table.
friendly staff and location
noisy outside because of being a Friday night and lot so of part goers
My holiday was completely destroyed because of the manner in wish my account was handled by your staff Having made a complaint to your Manager Anthony about our experience very little was done to rectify your errors Radisson never again
