Beautiful location, tastefully decorated, fantastic kids play area outside overlooked by gardens and patio. Really comfortable bed! The whole stay had an air of luxury and I am sure we will return.

This small family-owned and run country hotel in North Suffolk was once a rural public house; today, it has been sympathetically renovated and still retains its historic charm and character.

Friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was huge! Nothing was too much and I had a lovely stay. Jake and his team were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful old 16th century cottage with charm and character. Very relaxing with hot tub & sauna. Comfortable beds and sofa.Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous welcome basket of goodies.
Lots of extras to make it special and a real home from home comfortable experience, e.g., coffee machine & pods, pizza oven, hair dryers, hot water bottles, fans, TV streaming service, and excellent WIFI.
Owners and team very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend. We'll be back!
No heating or hot water. Boiler break down. We're left to freeze with my disabled partner and my daughter had a new born baby. No staff member informed us of this problem until we made a complaint

Room 107 was a disgrace.
Room 107 was a disgrace. There is something seriously wrong with the plumbing. It may be previous guests leaving nappies down the loo but when we came to use it the flushing system did not work. The toilet filled with water and the contents were not removed. Someone tried to resolve the issue with a plunger but it was resolved. We had to use the public toilets near reception and were grateful for these. We had a beast in our room - beetle? Maybe but cockroach 🪳 more likely. Pictures are with the staff at Brome Grange.
Breakfast was chaos. Too little space for the number of people and items like fried eggs and croissants missing.

Stayed one night, which was enough.
Stayed one night, which was enough. I suspect the restaurant menu does change very often each year.
Old hotel caught in a past era - some upgrading but all unimaginative and dated. Rural location also meant staffing dificulties and closed facilities/lack of service.
Completely lacking in atmosphere, sense of arrival or rural location. View from room of the rural location non-existant - pity; many opportunities lost.

A lovely atmosphere with plenty of places to sit, have a drink, afternoon tea and dinner.
Helpful friendly, plenty of parking and outdoor spaces to relax.
Easy to found only down side I can think of is as it was an old mail coach stop it is on the main road, and can be noisy due to traffic.
Would definitely stay again

I will NOT be staying in ANY Best Western hotels until the correct VAT rate is charged.
The Government has reduced prices to encourage people to stay in hotels and keep people employed. BEST WESTERN IS POCKETING THE MONEY AND NOT EMPLOYING ENOUGH STAFF TO RUN THE HOTEL.
THE RATING OF 3 IS PURELY DOWN TO THE EXCELLENT AT BROME
I've stayed at brome Grange for a fair while due to personal issues, but instead of feeling like I was just staying at hotel it actually felt like I was part of a family all staff are friendly and happy to help you no matter what, special mentioned to Jake being a young lad but going out of his way for me no matter what. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing to stay anywhere. Thanks for everything. Max :)
The location was close to the wedding venue we were attending. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Lots of parking. The staff were very friendly and absolutely went above and beyond for us. Big thanks to the two reception ladies and Jake who appeared to be doing the work of three people, he was amazing. It’s definitely the staff that make this hotel acceptable.
On arrival, it was pouring with rain so the receptionist said that I could park in an empty electric car charging space as there were no others free saving me from getting very wet! The room was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. I ate at the hotel and found the food to be very good and well priced. I will likely stay here again when working in the area.
We stayed at this hotel while cycling the Rebellion Way. The hotel is situated on the A140 and is set out like a motel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we were able to store our bikes safely there. The accommodation is quite basic and the room was small but the price reflects that. It was quiet and peaceful there. Dinner and breakfast all good.
This hotel has a motel vibe... so if you've ever wanted to stay in a motel after watching countless films, this is your chance to minus the airfare! It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast is cooked to order and is fabulous with excellent quality sausages. The included breakfast really made the stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the Brome Grange, staff are attentive and friendly. Great location and value for money. Will be staying here again in the future. Staff dined with me of an evening and both myself, and staff were thrilled with the food and drinks on offer.
our room was huge - we did book a suite for the night of our wedding (closest hotel!) - the room was large clean and had a massive jacuzzi bath in it. bed was huge and very comfortable. breakfast was very yummy. receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was fantastic with high quality rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most definitely be returning in the future! The food was amazing and I was even given complementary drinks at the bar, courtesy of the owners.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the evening meals were outstanding for the money and the hotel room was clean, and beds very comfortable. There was also plenty of parking spaces.
Very nice hotel in a quiet location.
Friendly staff, good parking, nice breakfast, comfortable spacious room, very good mattress, nice bar and lounge, very good value for money.
