    Everything. The relaxed pace of staff. It was very gracious. The decor. The attention to detail. The weight of everything

    The swimming pool was a bit municipal not in keeping with the whole Art Deco look of the hotel

    just about everything with emphasis on the decor, architecture, and wonderful furnishings and service staff.

    Our room, 409, had no dresser, is very small, and not much of an outlook. The staff helped out by bringing in a portable close rack and 2 luggage caddies. Thanks for this. Denny McLeod

    We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. Staff could not do enough for us and were so professional and polite. The hotel itself is magnificent. We had a meal in the savoy grill and also had afternoon tea in the Thames foyer, both of which were fabulous. All food and drink served in the hotel is incredible. It definitely was a special experience however it is an expensive place to stay but you do get what you pay for as they say. Would definitely recommend it for a special occasion if you are after some pampering.

    The bed, and location of the hotel right in the middle of the strand. Friendly!

    We waited a good 2 hours for our room to be ready, when we got in to our room, we had hair all in the shower! I complained and they were going to send someone immediately, this didn't happen until 45mins later, couldn't have a shower to go out. The room key we were given didn't work. For a hotel of this standard I think it's disgusting. They said they would get back to me but no one has. I won't be staying here again!!!

    Attentiveness of staff. Staff very helpful at all levels. Access to theatres and Covent Garden.

    Having to stand in a bath to shower, never happy climbing in and out of showers.

    Our rooms were luxuriously appointed and spacious; we couldn't think of anything else you could want in an hotel room. The hotel decor and staff were superb.

    Small things like wifi were not included in the price; nor was breakfast. Although we were prepared for breakfast to be extra, we thought its price was exorbitant.

    Welcome on arrival was very memorable and special. We arrived early and every effort was made to accommodate us and when we did arrive we were accompanied to our room and that was special. We dined in all three areas and enjoyed each space. Both bars were welcoming and we liked the live music and care taken with Each order.We hope to become regular guests We have been fans of the Savoy for 30 years. When I received my OBE we dined in the grill room 2006 We began dining in Upstairs at the Savoy and once dined in the River Room It was so exciting and are already planning when we can come back When I retire in 2015 after 45 years as a teacher we will return and then go to Gleneagles our next favourite hotel.My husband likes to holiday in Britain and although I have been to America and China I too enjoy home luxury Thank you for wonderful 2 days Hoping to return in November

    Swimming pool was out of order for both days. This was very disappointing.However welcome and explanation by staff was up to standard of rest of facilities

    We loved it all,from the moment we arrived,you was treated lovely,food amazing,staff friendly,room comfy and elegant,location very good too,we loved. The decor through out the hotel and restaurants,we would definitely come again

    Very relaxing and clean. Food amazing. Great spa facilities and very comfy bed!!!

    No kettle or iron in the room. "Sunday best" deal was not at all explained to us whilst staying at the hotel which lead to myself and my husband ordering dinner from the main menu but the hotel honoured the meal for us. Our toilet would not flush and made a constant trickling sound throughout the night at which point it was 11pm and too late to report the problem to reception.p

    the friendliness and availability of all front of the house staff. the food in restaurants and Savoy Grill excellent. "Pink Collins" in the American Bar. housekeeping and cleanliness all good.

    nothing to dislike. had a wonderful 2 night stay celebrating a 70th birthday. NO COMPLAINTS, loved it.

    Very warm welcome by concierge staff and reception.Friendly restaurant staff. Kaspar's restaurant food was excellent.

    No kettle in room. No iron. No ice readily available. Only one chair when there was plenty of space for two.
