Wow. What a place! Nestled at a perfect vantage point on a hill, the room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the river and the city. The view was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, also incorporating information in the rooms and the common areas about the historical artifacts found in the area and the history of Tbilisi. They did an excellent job of preserving a citadel feel, with jagged exposed rock visible in the lobby and the elevator. Breakfast was excellent, having local foods and fresh selections of warm dishes and breads, with coffee. Location is walking distance to everything you want to see, especially the citadel on the hill. Really cannot fault the place at all, it was superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tbilisi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to help with a smile.
The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of Tbilisi's top attractions and dining options. I appreciated being able to explore the city easily while knowing I had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to at the end of the day.

The city of Tbilisi was even more beautiful than I expected. While rebuilding the city, they did not touch its historical structure at all. I wish everyone to pass through Tbilisi one day, even if it is very short.

Tbilisi delights with its rich culture and history.
Tbilisi delights with its rich culture and history. I was particularly charmed by the picturesque streets of the Old Town and Rike Park. I visited the restaurants Kinkali Haus and Friends Haus, where I savored excellent dishes. Getting around Tbilisi is easy and enjoyable. During my next visit, there was nothing I wanted to avoid; everything went smoothly and without any problems.

Excellent and intriguing city, full of contrasts and peculiar places and architecture. The huge amount of historical places and cultural richness is wonderful. People are friendly and one of the most hospitable I've ever encountered. Traditional food is superb and can be found all around the city in a wide range of prices, but overall for good value. The wine is a must try, as Georgia is the tenant of the title of the first wine producing region and still uses a particular production method dating from millenia ago.

Naomi Vel at Rike park, Kinkhali house at Avlabari street for Georgian dishes and Lumiere's Chimney Cake en route to Freedom square are must visits.
Try booking an english speaking tour guide / driver if you do not speak Russian / Georgian.
Everything!
Rooms are super clean, spacious, toilet with many amenities, modern furnitures, confy bed.
It’s a cozy and modern hotel, 15minutes walking distance to Old Tbilisi.
Staff is very friendly with special regards to Mr Irakli, who was super attentive and helpful, always with a big smile! He made our stay even more special.
Breakfast has some warm selections ( eggs, sausages), coffee, juices and the delicious Georgian Kachapuri.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
We will definately stay there again on our next visit to Tbilisi!
My stay at The One Terrace was amazing, great location and a walking distance to the Centre. Hotel is clean, just as you see on booking.com. WiFi is free and very strong signal. They made me feel at home with their wonderful hospitality, especially on my birthday, I didn’t feel alone. Breakfast was good with many options every morning. Yousouf, Bisher, Adam and everyone else at the hotel was very kind, they made me feel very special. I will definitely stay here anytime I visit Georgia. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located within walking distance of many popular tourist places in Tbilisi. The roof top restaurant serves good food, and we enjoyed the live music (English/Georgian) on Friday night. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony with great views overlooking old Tbilisi. The front desk personnel were always very helpful and speak very good English. We stayed here for 8 nights during our wedding week in Tbilisi, and very much enjoyed our stay at TbiliSee Hotel.
Favourite thing ever is that there is a bidet which usually is very rare in european countries and georgia in general. There is also everything you need to cook like a stove, microwave, fridge, toaster. There is also a washing machine which also works as a dryer.
The hotel is super clean and anything required is provided by the staff.
The pr manager lily was very friendly and kept checking up on us if we need anything.
Special thanks also to Aram super friendly and helpful host.
Overall great stay!

I recomendation this hotel if you visit Tblisi and admin fast respon for help. Thanks Nini you was help me and answer all about my question.
It is places like this which are the reason that staying in Georgia is so amazing for expats. The room was downright luxurious, and the whole hotel was amazing. The breakfast was simply outstanding, and eating here in the morning will remind you of being in a well-stocked airport lounge, given how wonderful the buffet was. I say that again, the food was perfect, and the hotel as a whole matches this standard. It would be hard to really say what was the best part of staying here.
Everything! This place was our favorite in all of Georgia and for a very reasonable price. Fantastic hotel with amazing, helpful staff, an exceptional location right next to the sulfur baths, a great breakfast, and fantastic rooms. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely will recommend it to everyone and come back again. We took the deluxe room which included a huge private balcony. It was definitely a perk for a reasonable price, but not necessary.
Everything was just perfect! Very clean and comfortable hostel right in the city center of Tbilisi. Location is really great with just a few minutes walk to a lot of touristic places in the old town including the famous Sulfur Bath district, the Bridge of Peace, Freedom Square, Narikala Fortress, Mother of Georgia and a lot more. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood too. The staff are so nice and friendly. Will surely come back and stay at this hostel again.
We arrived late in the evening and the staff was friendly and very polite , the location was great and the view was absolutely breathtaking and perfect for a calm and cozy last night in georgia! The room was big and comfy and we even could get some food late on the roof top with a perfect view. The hotel is in 5 minutes walk straight to Narikala fortress. Professional and very kind service.
It's a nice new hotel, rooms are big and everything planned well inside. I took it for the last night in Tbilisi to be closer to the airport. Surprisingly enough the Old city is approx.7 minutes walk and 3 minutes from Metro station if somebody is interested. Behind the big building near metro I found a simple but very tasty Georgian restaurant. Cheap, tasty, big portions!
Good location - right in the center of the old town. All the restsurants and attractions are right outside within walking distance.
Good Georgian breakfast - fruit, yogurt, eggs, tomato and cucumber etc.
Friendly staff - the manager Gia took good care of us.
Good room - the bed was nice, aircon worked well and the view from the balcony was great.
Thank you, Gia!
We loved the hotel very much. Irakli was a great host. We felt very much taken care of during our first days in Georgia. Everything worked out perfect. Communication quick, offered car rental was super. Very reliable und responsive. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. You can walk to Old town and into Vera. Highly recommended!
The hotel was very adorable, clean and the staff made every attempt to make my stay a happy one. I will definitely be coming back. The area is perfect in the old town and there are plenty of shops to grab snacks. The staff were very friendly and stayed true to the motto of Georgia about visitors being Gifts. I would like to say Madloba!
We really loved staying at Grapehouse, it feels like home for us. The host is very accommodating and welcoming. The property is very cozy and clean. The location is walking distance from the city center. We really recommend this hotel, if we’ve given a chance to come back Georgian again, we will surely book this hotel again for sure.
"Exceptional stay at the hotel in Georgia! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was convenient, making it a great choice for exploring the area. Overall, a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel."
I adore the atmosphere of the hotel, blending authentic old elements with just the right amount of renovation to ensure comfort and enjoyment. The breakfast, especially the French toast, is a highlight, and unlike Georgian food, it's absolutely not salty.
Everything..the staff and the owner of the hotel were great people and super helpful .they treat really nice ... I rented a car with a driver through a hotel, and the driver was super nice and showed us the best places in Georgia with very good prices..
The house hotel gives a unique experience to the Georgian capital visitors ..
As a visitor I felt that I stayed among locals due to location in the old Tbilisi, and the Georgian building external design..
Staff and facilities are just perfect..
Simple hotel for overnight spending. Great location for exploring city center. Restaurant straight in front and around the recaption area looked authentic as many georgians set there (we did not try the food).
Great staff, good food, nice location. People from the hotel made my visit to Georgia better than I expected. Thank you so much for your service and hospitality.
