It is fully equipped with the most modern amenities to make you feel at home. my place is perfect for 4 person, bedroom with comfortable bed, living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony where you can enjoy with your sunny breakfast or spend evenings with glass of wine and beautiful view of the city.

Place is located on the first floor of the old, historical building in Italian style yard. You can enjoy experiencing local culture in our courtyard with it's unique real Tbilisi environment, which ist the main attraction for visitors . Cobblestone streets, brick buildings, wooden balconies, aicant churches and castles fill this unique and charming district. In 10-minute walk is famous
antique flea market “Dry Bridge”. Also near is sulfur baths, botanic garden and Narikala Fortress. In the streets of old Tbilisi, you can also find some cozy cafes with local food, bars and clubs full of amazing human beings trying to have fun, some really elegant restaurants that give you a chance to taste the well-known Georgian dishes and unique Georgian wine. At the same time, the apartment is few steps away from Freedom square and Rustaveli Avenue, wich is the central avenue in Tbilisi. This main thoroughfare is a mix of modern and 20th-century architecture, with some of the most important government and cultural buildings. The tourist information centre, banks and subway/metrostation 'Freedom square is in 5 minutes walk.
