Property is just as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a car but didn't need one to visit the local beach, several restaurants and great shops (all less that a 10 minute walk from the property). There's a grocery store close by that would be better traveled to by car, but you could walk if needed. However there were also several convenience stores in very close walking distance and an ATM just outside the property. Really couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything. The location and views are without equal, with many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was large and comfortable. The maids do a lovely job of keeping the room clean, even washing our cups and dishes (which was totally unexpected), and folding clothes we accidently left on the bed. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food to choose from, and I probably got something different every day. The pool is nice and clean. There are also loungers and umbrellas on the beach that hotel guests can use for free. The hotel can arrange transfers to locations all over the island and can also set up tours for guests.

Perissa is a good choice for people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a tourist resort, especially in Greece.
If you get there make sure to try Tranquilo, a super vegetarian restaurant, with great food and drinks. Prices are very affordable. Do not miss it, even if you are not vegetarian!
And especially try Fratzeskos, a family owned restaurant where you will want to return! Tomato balls are to die for!

Brand name that offers nothing more,in comparison with other not so well advertised islands. Too expensive with no reason. If you like to visit a hole with ashes called volcano it'ok. But from Perissa you have to pay 60euros transfer to get there. Personally speaking, not worth at all.

My sister and I loved Perissa.
My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.
My wife and I rent on booking.com often. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. The location was the best and Perissa Beach is a beautiful little town at the beach side of the island to stay in and honestly the best restaurants on the island can be found near. Fira and Oia are very busy and crowded where Perissa feels more at home with plenty to do. Our host Dimitri was amazing and he made our stay. If you are considering booking Villa Dima do not hesitate. Anytime we come back to Santorini we will book here.
Our stay was excellent in every aspect. Manolis was super helpful as a host, he helped us with our car rental, our daily cruises and restaurant/bar recommendations. Everything he suggested was excellent as well. The hotel was in a very nice location, super clean and had everything we asked for. Last but not least the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had. We totally recommend this hotel and we will totally prefer this establishment if we ever visit Santorini again. Manolis thank you so much <3
Our stay was extremely pleasant. We enjoyed the island. We used the city bus to travel around Santorini and comeback to hotel to sleep. Location of the hotel was very nice. It is in the center of the quite village Perissa, so close the black beach and bus stop is few meters away. Artemis was very helpful and kind. She helped us to arrange Covid documents with a smile.
Malina also was very kind and kept our room tidy and clean.
Thank you for everything.
I would definitely comeback.
I never normally write reviews. This property is so lovely, it’s cute and beautifully finished. It is the friendliest, most welcoming family run hotel. Effy is an angel, nothing is too much trouble. She will help you arrange tours, show you all the good places to go, recommend restaurants, help rent a car. I cannot recommend enough. Location is great, perissa is lovely, and if you hire a car/quad bike nothing on Santorini is too far.
The hotel is located just on the back street of the beach, really close to several lovely restaurants. The hotel team was very friendly, especially Athanasia, who helped us decide the best way to spend the day on south Santorini and how to get to our appointments. She was great, made us feel at home! The hotel is also very close to the final stop of the bus and it was great when getting back home from watching the sunset in Oia!
If you go to Santorini in the south, you HAVE to stay in Adelphi apartments.
The apartment was spacious and clean, with walking distance to the beach.
The highlight were our hosts Markos and Petros who were amazing! We were with our baby and they really went out of their way to accommodate us and help make our stay enjoyable. I really have a feeling like we went to visit our family. Thank you for everything!
Located beach front at Perissa Beach. Close to several good restaurants and night entertainment options. The hotel staff was proactive, called when I landed in Santorini to check if I needed any help to find its location. Staff very friendly and efficient. Amenities offered are of very good quality, good quality towels, bed sheets, and a nice Nespresso selection available in the accommodation.
One of my best stay in Greece: clean and silent room, good location (next to the supermarket and bakery, in front of the bus stop to Fira and max 10mins walk from Perissa beach), great swimming pool. The staff is very much welcoming and helped us in various circumstances. They also offered us the breakfast and gave us a present from Santorini, really appreciated.
This is a beautiful property to stay near Perissa beach. This is easily accessible by bus in Santorini. The hosts are great, they helped us very much with the directions. They give very generous servings of healthy breakfast. The beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. This is one of the best places to stay.
Amazing studios. Perfect location in Perissa. The rooms are very spacious and the property is very well maintained. Margarita, the lady who ran the hotel, was very helpful and sweet. She took good care of us and gave us many useful tips. If you are going to Santorini, this is the place in very nice to stay.
Small hotel, like all the rest in the area, has a great pool, good for after April, we had rain a few days.
There is a kitchenette, pots and frying pan.
Great beach in walking distance, parking in front and side of the hotel.
We do recommend visiting Santorini and have a rental car to get around.
Maria is the best receptionist anyone could wish for! Our stay was wonderful. Everything is very clean, organized and beautiful. The location is great and the beach nearby is delicious with gorgeous black sands and beautiful blue sea. This is a fantastic starting point to your Santorini trip!
Really cute stay, simple but cute design and has all the basics you need. It’s just across the street from the beach, and the prettiest beach in Santorini at that. Also really well located to explore the beach shacks. In the morning you can hear the ocean from bed. We enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent location for enjoying a quiet trip at Santorini and coming back well rested. There are several restaurants and bars around the beach, which is right across the street from the hotel. It's not close to Santorini's city center but getting there by bus was easy and pretty quick.
great location, very close to the (in my opinion) best beach in santorini - Perissa, very kind and friendly staff, nice rooms, wonderful pool area and clean rooms, good breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel if you looking for quiet and cosy place to stay
The staff of the hotel, particularly the restaurant wait staff were super friendly and great. The hotel is right on the beach and it's in a cute, comfortable neighborhood of Perissa. It was a great way to conclude our 2 week vacation in Greece.
It’s a beautiful little Hotel that makes you feel like you’re home! Everything is clean, breakfast is always with a little special treat and the staff became friends during my stay! All of them! I’d stay nowhere else on Santorini ❤️
Excellent property. In a great location about 4 minutes walk to Perissa. lots of shops and restaurants around the beach. Marina was so friendly and helpful while we were there. Would stay again if we came to Santorini!
The hotel is perfect clean and quite. The location is near to the perissa beach,10 mins by foot. If you have a car, I highly recommend you to stay here in Santorini.
