The apartment was well equipped, clean and more than enough for 2 persons.
We asked for more sheets and Maria the owner sent us in no time the sheets and more towels though we didn't ask for it 😊
We once got stuck outside the apartment and Maria again solved our issue in no time.
She sent her cousin and she opened the door for us.

Stunning location, friendly and very helpful hosts
This apartment complex is beautifully located amid stunning scenery in Konitsa, the city of adventure and sports, beside the River Aoos and the traditional bridge. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. We will come back again, next time in the spring to enjoy the outdoor spaces and many hike the gorge. Hopefully the hotel restaurant will also be open, breakfast was good and the views from our our room were great, there was also a small balcony which would have been lovely if the temperature had been more the 5 degrees. It is a stunning area and well worth exploring.

Climbing steeply up the western slope of Mount Aiminadia,...
Climbing steeply up the western slope of Mount Aiminadia, the vibrant town of Konitsa is the gate to north-west Zagori. At its foot, the Aoos river flows under a 19th-century stone bridge – a superb example of a type that is typical to the region – and continues west onto the Plain of Konitsa. Upstream, walkers can follow the base of a steep gorge and reach the picturesque Monastery of Panagias Stomiou. This is the starting point for more demanding routes, including the famed Epirus Trail that runs south towards Astraka. Experienced hikers may attempt the Dragon Lake of Tymfi from this direction; however, the conventional (easier) route runs east from Papigko.
Konitsa itself has a charming centre with an array of good tavernas and cafes. As one of the larger towns in the region, it also has a post office, bank and several corner shops (seldom found in the smaller villages of Zagorohoria). Well worth visiting is the church of Saint Barbara (Agias Barbaras) which offers panoramic views across the plain, towards the Albanian border.
Konitsa also has the advantage of being the northern terminal of a bus route connecting it with Ioannina, the major city of north-west Greece. Buses run three times a day, can be picked up from the KTEL station at the centre of the town, and take about an hour to reach Ioannina where further links with Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Igoumentisa can easily be located. For this reason, it may serve as a suitable base for backpackers wishing to explore Zagori by foot.

Amazing nature, traditional and not so touristic village, welcoming people, good prices. There were things to do out in the night. Good as base to explore the surroundings. Cheap compared to the villages around.

The centre of the village Konitsa is small but has everything. Nice tavernas , souvlaki places, bakeries, pastry shops and a wonderful place called "Palio" in a little square, full with people of all ages, nice music and mezedes.
Konitsa is cheaper than Zagorochoria and the ideal starting point to make your excursions to the wonderful rivers, villages of "Zagorochoria" and mountains of the area.
*If you go in the summer, be sure to take a swim in the river, under the Konitsa stilt bridge and under the Klidonia stilt !!

The perfect location, to be used as a base for excursions around the area. The natural paths through the rivers, the mountains and the traditional villages scattered around the region are really worth to be visited
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The scenery from the rooms and breakfast room was outstanding. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. Including jams and confitures made from fruits grown on trees in the hotel garden! There was a very good vegan variety. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. There were options to buy wines and liquors made by the hotel owners which was also nice in the evening.

third visit here: Mr Tasos owns the hotel & estate. it would be difficult, anywhere, to find a more charming, generous or gentle host. this is an oasis of peace & tranquillity surrounded by forest & mountains. there are very old monasteries, mills and the city of Konitsa to explore locally as well as walks and a pool to relax in. plenty of game and locally sourced food & wine to enjoy, too.
The hotel is lovely, beautiful view from the balcony. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony. The hotel is in a very good location to the Vikos gorge, hikes along the Voidomatis River and the area of Aristi and Papigo. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and this beautiful area of Greece.
We stayed at this brand new treehouse. The view to the river and old bridge is fantastic. It is isolated from the main hotel but it’s possible to use all the facilities. We had our meal at the living room of the treehouse isolated and free at the same time. Breakfast is great also by the way!
My time at Hotel Rodovoli was wonderful from start to finish. The breakfast spread was a delightful way to start the day. The staff's friendliness and assistance made me feel truly at home. For the price, the room surpassed my anticipations., providing both comfort and a serene ambiance.
Nice room in a nice house with beautiful garden and splendid view on the mountains. The house is located next to the konitsa bridge and aaos river. we could make a swim in the swimming pool of the nearby hotel. we only needed to buy a drink in return.
A romantic retreat in Konitsa. The traditional architecture and fairy-tale ambiance make for a memorable stay. The cozy fireplaces and stunning balcony views add to the charm. Highly recommended for couples seeking a romantic getaway.
Great location (just a few meters away from the famous Bridge stone of Konitsa)! Comfortable room(as described). The owners were very friendly and responded to my messages instantly. I would choose it for a future stay definetely.
Exactly what I expected from the "old-style" hotels, efficient, helpful and friendly management at a reasonable cost for Greece in the 21st century. Useful back door on higher level to save time reaching town.
Great location, nice restaurant, polite and friendly staff. Building and decoration perfectly fit with local building style. A nice place to stay and explore this unique part of Greece.
The location for us was perfect as we liked the walk up into Konitsa. The apartment was perfect for our needs and Stavros, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
