Built in a traditional architectural style and located on the north coast of Ikaria, only the sea-dashed rocks provide a barrier from the Aegean Sea archipelagos.

The property is in a great location with beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise over the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Salt water pools. Everything in Armenistis plus two beautiful beaches are very calming distance. Coffee shop across the street. We would stay here again.

Damon and Theano truly made our honeymoon one to remember. Their recommendations on food and places to visit were spot on. What stood out was how Damon was able to reserve our dinner and cooking classes at Karimalis winery, the one featured in the Blue Zones! Damon and Theano were very warm and hospitable, and really made us feel like family.

We liked the location and appreciated we had a roof over our head but unfortunately the hotel was basically closed down when we showed up. The person at the front desk was not able to communicate properly and left us a note with a key. We showed ourselves to a cold room with no heat.
These beautifully appointed, seafront villas are located close to the beach in Armenistis. They have free WiFi throughout and offer an ideal solution for an independent holiday.

The view from the balcony was totally magical.
Moreover Mrs Anna had the place extremely clean and provided us everything we needed.
In total, one of the best rooms we've ever stayed.

Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see the best parts of the island you really need a car. I didn't have one and felt that I didn't see more than the beach. The seasonal bus had stopped running so I wasn't able to go very far which was quite frustrating. The fresh water terrapins in the lagoons at the back of the beaches are very special.

The whole Ikaria experience was great from spectacular sea views from apartment and friendliness of owner to getting out and about visiting the area. great value for money. The highlight of the stay was sat on our lovely patio area seeing a school of whales basking in the early morning sun, Would add that the accommodation is not in ARMENISTIS but a couple of miles further on in NAS which is lovely and 4 or 5 restaurants all together.

A relaxed, low-key unpretentious town on the more green and pleasant side of Ikaria. Beautiful sandy beaches are close by, as are a couple of coastal villages with extra choices of tavernas as well as some pretty villages in the hills. Be prepared for signs and menus to be in Greek, it's not developed for the package tourist, which is lovely.
Look out for Panagiri, feasts and dancing in the local villages, and Ikarian experience.

Probably the best location to stay in Ikaria but you need a car to travel around and explore the area (I didn't notice any public transportation). Nice beaches (such as Mesakti) and mountain villages (e.g. Raches) in short distance. Not close to Seychelles beach (the island's best) but the road to get there is not too bad.

More touristy part of beautiful Ikaria, lovely and clean beaches (we saw some swimming turtles!! :) One place from which you can observe sunset and sunrise also. Goat icecream in Armenistis is a must.
A family run beautiful hotel just by the sea. Two min walking distance to the beach or Armenitis village. If you have a car, parking is not a problem, you can always find a place nearby. Our room was one of the down rooms and it was literally just a few meters from sea. Sleeping with sound of waves and waking up with sun rise over the sea was spectacular. The room was cozy with a small kitchenette. There was also tv and air condition in the room but we didn't use. If I go to Armenitis again, I'll definitely stay here.
This was a perfect stay...close to the water (even a view of the water from our large private balcony), restaurants, road. The studio had everything you could possibly need or want (shampoo, coffee, beach supplies, ...even a dishwasher). Hot water is hot and instant and the pressure in the shower is great. Plenty of clean towels, cleaning supplies, a washing machine. The owners, Yiannis and his wife are delightful and always there if needed. I loved this place and felt so at home. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic newly built apartment complex, fully equipped, suitable for a long stay. Perfectly situated right by the sea, you can enjoy a panoramic sea view both from the balcony and from inside the apartment. Amazing hosts, very polite and organized. Communication was very easy and the apartment was super clean, with all the amenities and fully stocked for our visit (during Christmas). Excellent choice if you want to stay in Armenistis.
Great summer house, very clean, very beautiful, full of all kind of equipments in the kitchen. Nice view from the terrrace, spending time at the terrace was really relaxing and comfortable. Good location, only a short walk to Armenistis for good restaurants and shops. But you may need a car to reach to some popular beaches around like Mesakti. We highly recommend this house if you are planning to visit Armenistis.
This was mine and my moms first time to Ikaria and we already cannot wait to come back. We arrived at Cavos bay late at night and stayed in one of the updated rooms. The view we woke up to was INCREDIBLE! Breakfast was great with many options. The pool area was great to cool off but you are also within walking distance to two beaches so you can take your pick. The people were so friendly and everything was great.
We came to Armenistis for a wedding and this house did NOT disappoint. It was the cutest home. Decorated beautifully. Perfect temperature inside in the summer. Our host’s aunt greeted us at the top of the driveway and led us to our entrance - she even provided fresh eggs. We LOVED our stay here. The bedrooms are clean and modern and everything feels so comfortable. You definitely won’t regret ever staying here.
Damon and Theano were wonderful hosts! Answered every question from Ikarian culture to best beaches. Room was very comfortable- very well appointed. The breakfast every morning was delicious and abundant. They even made me coffee the way I like. The food in Ikaria is the best so far that I’ve had in Greece. Also the location was really great. Armenistis is a very sweet little village with amazing beaches.
Everything was absolutely fantastic!! The house is very clean and very confortable! The view is magnific! The host Elyas was so kind and nice - helped was with everything, took us to a Village tradicional party, and was allways available. The Best place to stay in Armenistis and nearby!!! We had a great time. Thank you Elyas! And a big hug. See you next year!
We loved our experience at Cavos Bay. Staff was very friendly, and gave us many useful tips about what to discover in the area. The hotel infrastructure is very good: our rooms had recently been renovated, the pool is very nice and the view is magical, especially at sunset. The island of Ikaria is wonderful, in particular the area close to Cavos Bay
Fabulous view! Super comfortable and big room with balcony. Nice kitchen, good bed. kitchen with big fr,idge, well equipped. 5 mn walk from Nas with several good restaurants and fantastic views & walks to the beach. It's a good workout to get up a steep hill to get to the hotel & then 3 flights of outdoor stairs! 💪 Quiet place,
I am a very frequent traveler (38 countries and counting!). I NEVER go back to the same place twice. However, this is the THIRD year in a row I've taken my family to this hotel. An absolute gem. Phenomenal location, super clean, awesome breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. Do NOT hesitate to book a stay here!
The apartment is nice and clean, but the biggest advantage is huge terrace directly over the sea. Location is fantastic - the sea below the terrace and just 200 m to Mesakti beach, 15 min walk to Armenistis or Gialiskari restaurants. Spyros is perfectly organised and always ready to help or solve problems.
We liked the location and appreciated we had a roof over our head but unfortunately the hotel was basically closed down when we showed up. The person at the front desk was not able to communicate properly and left us a note with a key. We showed ourselves to a cold room with no heat.
This was my second time staying at Toxotis. Truly, everything is really lovely. The landscape is stunningly beautiful. We love sleeping to the sound of the Aegean waves. It’s the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve experienced in Ikaria!
Jenny and Ilias’ property is beautiful with each unit featuring a balcony looking out over the sea. The apartments have everything one might need for an excellent stay and are located at the edge of Armenistis, on the road to Nas.
Great location with a sea view and a beautiful hotel. We would definitely stay at Daidalos again. The host was very kind and provided breakfast earlier because we had to depart very early to get a bus.
Very relaxing and remote enough to be quiet even it’s just 5 min walk from armenistis center. The pool amazing and the apartment very comfortable with great balcony .. view exceptional!!
