The hotel was opened in 1976 and the owner is still taking care of day to day duties. The hospitality and the good will of the staff was among the best in the world. The building and the yard are absolutely stunning and completely untouched by the cold standards of today's corporate world.

Spacious, comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, and nice views from the kitchen and bunk bed bedroom. We felt very taken care of by our hosts, who were easy to contact and provided all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. Two bathrooms was a great bonus when traveling with 4 people. We had a lovely wander at sunset around the neighborhood and into town. We enjoyed breakfast with pastries from the nearby bakery on the front porch — so charming! Hosts gave lots of recommendations for dining. We only stayed for one night so we couldn’t try them all (but we hope to be back again!), but we really enjoyed our fish dinner at a recommended taverna in Perdika and we appreciated the suggestions. We would love to come back for a longer stay!
Just a few yards from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guest house is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning.

The visit to Moni Island is a very nice way to spend an afternoon swimming in clear blue waters.
In case you want to visit Aegina island it is better to rent a car as the public transportation is not a good option - only 3 busses/ day from Perdika to Aegina, the last one is at 15:30.

Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood.
Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood. The local people are warm and very welcoming. All the restaurants had a similar menu.
I ate at Nonas restaurant twice as the food was delicious.
It’s easy to walk every where, and the bus makes four return trips to the port.

Perdika Mare is a perfect choice if you would like to relax and to enjoy a nice sunny weather and beautiful Greek landscapes.
The continental breakfast is served in the hotel's cafe, nice background music, sunbeds and quiet terrace, the rocky beach is just a couple of steps from there.
The hotel is located close to all the cafes, bars and traditional taverns.
The trip to the Mini island is highly recommended.
Don't miss marvellous, romatic sunsets. 😊
My best compliments to the hotel's owner and to the hotel's stuff - careful, friendly and helpful.
Thank you for making my holidays nice and relaxing.
Stay happy and healthy!
Best wishes

Beautiful, picturesque village!
Beautiful, picturesque village! Great walks under the pine trees that surround the village. A great variety of taverns and cafes that can cater for every taste. A small perk: the little island of Moni just 10 minutes away by boat. A little paradise to explore!

Perdika Mare is a great value hotel just a 5 minute walk to the harbour town of Perdika. The owner Aris is super friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. There's no beach here but there are steps that take you into the sea - it's a magical place to go for a swim. Be sure to book a sea view room - they're a bit more spacious and the views are incredible.
Beautiful resort with amazing seafront views. well oriented and well thought out modern architectural design. Great service of by the staff. Very Helpful and eager to please.
Selection at breakfast was nice and fresh.
The beach bar was the best place to ear drink and enjoy amazing sunsets. Has great Location and service and tasty cocktails.
The Spa. Good massage and sauna's.
The room was simple but well sorted. Comfy bad, great shower. Great view.
Reception helped with anything we needed ( booking taxis and tickets).
Excellent house, excellent and attentive host - we had detailed instructions where to leave the car, where are keys etc. before coming, received updates and info about nearby shops/port/weather etc. Very close to Perdika Port to go to Moni island, we used a car to get everywhere else on island. Fully equipped kitchen, appreciate that there were basic things available like salt, pepper, oil, some coffee, tea etc. Beautiful neighborhood with small streats, bakery, small shop nearby.
Our vacation at Perdika Sea Soul was great. Stella and her colleague came to the port and brought us also to the apartment in Perdika.
We liked the apartment at once as it was directly at the sea, very quiet and very well equipped.
Stella was available for all the questions we had.
Perdika isn't big at all but we enjoyed it this way. The small harbour with some cafés and to restaurants was very near.
Shortly: a very good choice !
Highly recommend this place. Its location is great, a few minutes' walk from the beach and about two km from Perdika port.
Anna Maria welcomed us with honey and fruits, helped with every question we had. Her apartment is amazing. The view, the cleanliness, the comfort and above all the beauty of her and her father's sculptures.
You will not regret choosing this apartment for your stay on the beautiful island of Aegina
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, which is part of a private house with its own entrance. It is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Perdika port, where there are many cafes to enjoy.
The host was absolutely delightful – very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. I am thrilled with my experience.

The staff were wonderful! Very caring & welcoming! The sea view was pretty and it was a very close walk to all the restaurants in Perdika. It is a 20 minute drive to the main port in Aegina but the bus runs frequently and I quite liked being a little bit out of all the hustle and bustle!
We enjoyed our stay at Perdika suites, the rooms were nicely renovated and most importantly clean. A short walk to the port and all the restaurants no need to drive the hotel has private parking lot which is a big plus.
This is not a luxe resort it’s a simple seaside place where you can jump off the rocks or the concrete platform onto the sea. A few snacks and beers and lounge chairs with umbrellas —simple. Quiet. Kind staff.
everything : super clean, spacey room, kind owner, excellent price, basic but largely enough and fresh breakfast, this place offered all we wanted from a small family run hotel in a Greek island :))
Authentic hotel with a feeling of home.
The staff are wonderful willing to help with any request - ordering taxi, late check-out, great recommendations and always welcome you with a smile.
The rooms are renovated and clean, the location of the hotel is on the main road linking the town of Aegina with the south of the island, it is calm and generally comfortable.
It was a fully equipped and spacious apartment close to the small port of Perdika! The landlord was polite and helped us with tips about island of Aigina.Highly recommended!!
