The buildings are authentic, the sea view, the gardens, and the location all are great. Lots of nice places to eat are close, in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and so friendly. They even helped us for early check-in when we arrived early in the morning. During the stay it was silent and we had no disturbance from the room next door. The buildings has an interesting shape therefore we had only one neighbour room.

Fabulous view from room I was given at end of main hallway. Views from dining area are fabulous, as well. It felt very luxurious and relaxing, and it definitely gave it a resort feel, with the gorgeous view before you, and the setting. Food and selections/variety were good, also, and amenities were good, also. Maria at the front desk was fabulous, and the fellow who invited me in when I came to see the hotel, when I was considering moving to this hotel, was wonderful, also.

Lots of tavernas and bars both on the harbour and in the town. There are several small supermarkets which stock a big variety, but don't think Waitrose. We liked the Tropicana platanos taverna, the seahorse hotel (to eat) and the bakery. On the negative side you will leave Molivos fitter than when you arrived. The streets are VERY steep.

The authentic architecture which is a mixture of Turkish and Greek style stone houses is fascinating. Great richness. The scenery from the castle, narrow streets from down to top, restaurants serving good food and the clean sea make it worth visiting Mithimna.

Mithimna is a really picturesque place which has retained its traditional character. There are spectacular views. The castle is well worth visiting. You can enjoy walking through the narrow streets and feeling is if you are in another time and place. Even in late October it is possible to bathe and there were a few restaurants and cafes open. There are many restaurants in the small harbour serving fresh fish and seafood.
We really enjoyed our time at Akti Hotel and Apartments. Demetri, Vangelis and Theodore are a lovely Greek family. The Hotel is very well run and a wonderful quiet setting just minutes away from Molivos. The family shared so much knowledge of the island and clearly all love and care about Nature. When we return this will definitely be our base for the North of beautiful Lesbos. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.
The breakfast is well presented and provides a wide choice of home made food, bread and conserves.

We have visited this wonderful hotel with my parents to celebrate my birthday. The emphatic and professional working staff makes this place an oasis of calm and peace. Accommodation, service and food was very good. The view from my room was really breathtaking. Maria, wishing you and your team all the best. Please continue the good work with the same passion as you have demonstrated to us. Thank you so much!
The location and our room were really great, its too close to the seaside and amazing restourants. Breakfast is enough, also there are many alternatives nearby. The seaside is also too close to the hotel and there are sunbaths that you can use freely. In general I can say its a nice, comfortable hotel to stay and sure its worth your money.
The hotel is very beautiful, exceptional. Everything was fine: spacious room, view from the balcony, cleanliness. There are many trees, bushes and flowers in the territory of the hotel so it is very pleasant to see that greenery around. Breakfast was really tasty, many choices and we like a lot that restaurant was so tidy and clean.
The best part about the hotel was that it was super clean. The host was very kind and nice. The beds were comfortable. There were necessary kitchen utensils. Bring your own coffee to make it as the room includes a coffee maker. The location was nice and central but no car park. You can stay with your kids in seperate rooms.
The hotel is located at the beachfront, surrounded with olive trees, and not far away from the Mithymna center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and lunch served at the pool bar is worth trying. I guess the pool was the best part since it has sea water and a max. depth of 2,80 m.
Facility is very clean. The breakfast is quite tasty and has enough variety. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They are kind enough to take us with their own car due to the taxi problem we had on the way to the city centre. If I go to Molyvos again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.
Evy, the owner of the hotel was an amazing woman. She has been helpful about anything you can imagine. There were apricots and plums on trees in the garden. She made jams out of them and gave us for our breakfasts. Such a considerate and lovely person..
Beautiful hotel located just in front of the beach with spacious rooms.
Everything was well thought of in the rooms;espresso machine, kettle, kitchenette and even an iron.
Our host was very kind and helpfull.
We will stay here every time we visit Lesvos.
Great location. The hotel is an old renovated olive press factory. Our room was just above the sea. Unique experience. Nice breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for a visit to Molyvos.
The breakfast was good, we would have liked more fresh fruit.
The hotel is very clean, the staff super friendly, the room good with a fantastic view.
The location perfect.
Molyvos and Petra are most beautiful villages and hotel is very well located at Molyvos. Very nice, helpfull staff. Clean rooms and very well breakfast.
