We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony was a great place to relax, and having free parking made everything even easier. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the host — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!

It's new and fully renovated. Every day cleaning and every other day new towels . There were small gifts like wine , tsipuro, and hand-made soup in a pretty bag. Every day, they brouhgt us water and new coffee capsules. Everybody was really polite and friendly!!!! I strongly recommend that place . We are amazed !

I didn't have high expectations, but parking was always available, the internet was much better than I've experienced in this area before, and the size of the room and balcony exceeded my expectations. There is a large market and a smaller one just across the street. A restaurant, doctor, and pharmacy are within a 3-minute walk. You can reach the beach either by walking or by car. There is also a small playground for kids behind the house.

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed...

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed accomodations for family vacation, without much of night noise. Perfect with families with children, with the long and wide beaches. Situated in between Asprovalta and Paralia Vrasna, excellent for beach walks, even to the town of Stavros.

    As most of the Greek sea side places, small, lot of shops and tavernas by the sea , crowded especially at night. The beach is long and wide, with lot of sunbeds and umbrelas bars where you just pay for the drinks and can use the sunbeds. There is also lot of free space where you can put your own umbrelas. Sea is calm in the mornings and lot of waves in the afternoons.

    The villa is very close to the beach, taverns and shops, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room well equipped, terrace where you can eat. The water is clear and clean, without algae, is deep from about 3-4 meters away from the shore, children must be supervised. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but you can also sit under your own umbrella. There is a promenade for walking, with many shops and taverns. Asprovalta can also be reached on foot.

    Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly. The room is fully equipped. The hotel is clean and close to the beach-less then 100 metres. The only one minus is - there were only 2 TV programs available- Eurosport in German and another one TV Program in Serbian Language.

    We had the loveliest of stays at Alkion Boutique Living. The place is new, modern and offering everything you may need. The area is very calm and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The hosts were amazing and their personal touch makes us want to return to Nea Vrasna next year again. Totally recommend!

    We really enjoyed our stay in Elxis, staff was very nice, rooms were clean, spacious and very silent. It is located 5 minutes wall from beach, near big supermarket. Nearest beach and sea was very clean. It is located near to Asprovalta and also Nea Vrasna, where you can go for a walk
