From the beginning, we felt very welcomed with our dog (and kid). The hosts are very positive and polite, which is a very important thing for us to feel good. The apartment was new, clean, and comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing, close to a nice spacious beach that was not crowded with umbrellas.

Very beautiful place with a lot amenities(barbecue, gazebo to sit in and yard for kids to play). The room was very clean, the bathroom new and modern and there was also a balcony to sit in. The lady there is very hospitable (she gave us vegetables and eggs for her garden). Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anthemida Rooms, arriving to a lush courtyard filled with cypress trees, a playful playground, and two cozy barbecue spots beneath the sunlit sky. The moment we stepped into our studio, its spotless cleanliness and modern, thoughtfully arranged kitchenette made us feel instantly at ease . Every morning, Maria and her team welcomed us with warm smiles and a delectable breakfast of fresh pastries, eggs, and fruit—setting a cheerful tone for the day. Throughout our stay, the hosts were wonderfully present—not at all intrusive, yet always there with fresh towels, smiling attentiveness, and thoughtful recommendations. Every detail seemed tailored for comfort: soundproofed rooms, crisp linens, reliable air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette that made spontaneous snacks feel effortlessly indulgent . By the time we left, Anthemida Rooms had woven itself into our best travel memories—not just a place to sleep, but a charming, detail-filled haven where kindness, beauty, and warmth meet.

Location - 5 -10 minutes drive to all the clean and beautiful beaches. Also, great restaurants, bakery and shops. Everything is fairly priced. Top notch rooms. Our second visit and will come again to enjoy fresh food and awesome beaches.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our stay at Lithos Villas Apollon in Syka, Chalkidiki, was nothing short of amazing. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the peaceful location made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The pool and outdoor area were immaculate, ideal for both lounging in the sun and enjoying evening meals. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions or recommendations about the area. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return – highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene getaway in Chalkidiki!

House Rousko is a very beautiful house with a very big yard with a place to sit in the evening and have wine on the grass 🍷 😀. It is also kids friendly with swings and a lot of space for the kids to play. Also there is a barbecue in the yard but unfortunately due to this seasons weather it was not usabale because of the fires. The apartments have everything you need to have a nice and comfortable holiday. After the third day the host broght us new bedsheets and towels for us, so it was always very clean. Also i really liked that the apartments have nets for the bugs, so we did not have any mosquitoes. The beaches are very close and easily approachable with a car. We visited a diffrent beach everyday and had a wonderful time :) I highly recommend this place and will visit again! 😀

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set back in the hills. The people and the authenticity of the place where just fantastic . Some great restaurants frequented by the locals, so good reasonable food. The place comes alive in the evening with the locals partying. Highly recommended.

    Small village very-very narrow streets.

    Small village very-very narrow streets. If you have bigger car (i.e. Toyota Hilux Pickup etc. or a car with trailer) its better to skip Sykia. Its 6 km from the Beach - its you have to know. Not all the villagers are likes the tourists (almost of them are not living from tourism! - so not everyone is kindly with the tourist. They are not rude - only ignore you and not help/speak with you, or maybe make a comment to you about you have got much money and they have not. etc.) I do not recommend it for long stay - only 2-3 days max.

    Green field around of bungalow,everything clean and have been looking after. In bungalow just one room and shower with toilet, but nice dinning area on the terrace I front of your door. Location is absolutely perfect clean sandy beach,nether have been craudy Located in lagoon surrounded by mountains water is clean. A choice of restaurants around and a shop on the beach. Nice paivkent among the beach, it’s also equipped with lights at night Staf friendly and helpful

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of Sithonia. In the day is a quiet village, but became more animated during the evening. Some terraces, doctor, pharmacie and supermarkets. By car you can reach the beaches for every taste, and close in the area you can find very good pastry shops, fish market and fresh fruits.

    One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Huge, spotless rooms with everything you could need, plus daily cleaning and fresh towels. The host is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond – even folding our clothes and stocking the place with snacks, bottled water, toiletries, and female sanitary(better than some 5-star hotels!). Great parking, big balcony, and perfect location close to both sides of Sithonia, beaches, and shops. Bonus: fresh fish shop downstairs and a lovely garden to relax in. Highly recommended!

    1. Great value for money: you get what other hotels ask 20-30% more. 2. The pool looks just amazing, with a couple nice olive trees around, nice sunbeds and umbrellas. The glass wall adds a beautiful infinity effect and a luxury touch. 3. For the breakfast you can choose from around 6 menu entries, plus there's a tiny buffet where you can make you a sandwich or get some cereals with milk. Don't expect anything exceptional, but the food is good enough to start the day :)

    Еverything was great. Perfect location, very calm and 2 min walking from the great Sikia beach. There are also other nice beaches within 5-10min by a car. Morfo, who is the owner is a very kind and nice lady. She was always ready to help. She gave us good tips as a bakary shop and Saturday Bazar at Sikia. She cleaned the apartment every day, leaving us a coffee capsules for the machine. For sure we would come back again when goes to Sikia.

    If you are looking for 5 stars hotels, for a chip price..well it's not it. If you are looking for a cozy place, were is very quiet at night, as far as 10 minutes from beach...you have found your place! The room was very clean, with discreet hosts, in a very nice way, and equipped with all that is necessary for a vacation. We love it!
