It’s an amazing, modern hotel with all the amenities. The smart room features and personal concierge service are a nice touch. The heated private pool was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and joyful as possible, even organizing a wine tour for us in a nearby vineyard. The food was excellent, the bar offered wonderful signature cocktails and local craft beers. The luxury spa with massage and sauna was deeply relaxing.

The owner is a really nice person. The location also isn't too bad, I don't mind walking from the bus stop to the hostel. The only huge problem about this was when it became dark. There was almost no lights and I was really scared and feeling unsafe. Main issue why I would not recommend this place to anyone is because of the kitchen state. It was really disgusting. Someone should clean the fridge, give new towels and invest in paper towels. Also other guests were leaving unclean dishes in the sink. Besides that great place, wifi was really good. I'm an English tutor and I conducted few sessions there. I would come back if someone would take care of the kitchen

Breakfast was very good and excellent ! Best choices ever seen in America and Europe !! Excellent timings as well for breakfast. Excellent and very helpful staff members ! Interacted with Anna who helped us for our stay to giving directions to making trips across the island which we thoroughly followed exactly and worked in our 3 day stay there. It made our trip very amazing to Crete! Anna outstanding person and always willing to help ,carry baggage to your room, to answer any questions and always smiling . She should be considered for definitely a managerial person for sure in the future. Also, younger staff girl was very helpful.
