Property is just as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a car but didn't need one to visit the local beach, several restaurants and great shops (all less that a 10 minute walk from the property). There's a grocery store close by that would be better traveled to by car, but you could walk if needed. However there were also several convenience stores in very close walking distance and an ATM just outside the property. Really couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perissa is a good choice for people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a tourist resort, especially in Greece.
If you get there make sure to try Tranquilo, a super vegetarian restaurant, with great food and drinks. Prices are very affordable. Do not miss it, even if you are not vegetarian!
And especially try Fratzeskos, a family owned restaurant where you will want to return! Tomato balls are to die for!

Brand name that offers nothing more,in comparison with other not so well advertised islands. Too expensive with no reason. If you like to visit a hole with ashes called volcano it'ok. But from Perissa you have to pay 60euros transfer to get there. Personally speaking, not worth at all.

My sister and I loved Perissa.
My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.
When I first to The Artemis, Maria kindly greeted me at the property and gave me a leaflets on where to visit in Santorini. She was very friendly and warm and gave me a tour of the hotel. All of the staff were very approachable and family- friendly. Maria even kindly drove me to the bus stop on the day of my departure. I would recommend if you’re looking to stay close by Perissa black sand beach, which is only a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The entire staff were very nice, thank you all!!!!
The hosts were so lovely! This is probably the best place i’ve ever stayed!! It felt very authentic to where we were and was so clean and comfortable. I would go back in a heart beat! Also while staying in the main cities are cool here is smaller and more local! There are also beach’s that are five minutes walks where you can actually go in the water, other places are on cliffs so the water is not completely accessible. By far the best place to stay in Santorini
Host George was very friendly and he gave us a lot of insight about Santorini. He gave us a room after checkout to stay for couple of hours as our ferry was in the late afternoon. He took care of all our needs and answered our questions in timely manner. Perissa beach was just opposite to the accommodation and my brother enjoyed sleeping on the bed outside which was a wonderful arrangement. George drive us to the port as well for a nominal fee.
We really appreciate staying in Princess Villa. It was very comfortable. The owner of the hotel organized the pick up from the airport. We arrived very late at night and were met at the reception. The boy told us everything and provided with the key from our room. The hotel is 7-10 minutes to the sea. We liked this region of Santorini, Perissa, very much. People in the hotel and neighbours are very smiling and welcomed.
Everything was absolutely perfect! We spent an amazing holiday week in this beautiful island and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The place is quiet, clean, and so warm welcoming! 3 minutes away from Perissa Beach which in our opinion is the best beach on the island. We will certainly return in a future. The host is amazing too! we will never forget our beautiful holidays in Santorini. Thank you :)
We liked Giorgos and Maria and Theoni. We liked the swimming pool and nice, relaxing atmosphere in the evening and coffee time in the morning. Perissa is excellent choice if you want proximity of the beautiful beach and good bakery:) We rented a car for two days ( 40€ per day ) and visited everything that should be seen in Santorini. We loved Vinsanto, the view from Ancient Thera and Monastery St. Illias.
The location of the hotel is perfect, its close to the beach, bus station, restaurants tavema perissa my choice, super market but its also really quiet and calm in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful online reception was top notch. Our room was cleaned every 2 days and fresh towels are provided whenever you want them. Also kitchenette helped us alot.
Amazing studios. Perfect location in Perissa. The rooms are very spacious and the property is very well maintained. Margarita, the lady who ran the hotel, was very helpful and sweet. She took good care of us and gave us many useful tips. If you are going to Santorini, this is the place in very nice to stay.
The room is very comfortable and near Perissa beach and bus station to go to Fira, the capital of Santorini.
the owner is very helpful, always present, which make our stay perfect.
The surprise is that we had also access to the swimming pool in the hotel near by.
I recommend for couples and families.
Best service, cleanliness and staff behavior was super friendly. And must to mention, the breakfast was pretty good. Better than my expectations. All the stuff was very friendly and will help you to explore all around Santorini. Just ask them what to do in Santorini. They will help you with a smile.

Excellent location for enjoying a quiet trip at Santorini and coming back well rested. There are several restaurants and bars around the beach, which is right across the street from the hotel. It's not close to Santorini's city center but getting there by bus was easy and pretty quick.
Excellent property. In a great location about 4 minutes walk to Perissa. lots of shops and restaurants around the beach. Marina was so friendly and helpful while we were there. Would stay again if we came to Santorini!
The perfect hotel to enjoy santorini from! They were really friendly, the bedroom was amazing and their facilities too! If I come back to Santorini I will defintely stay here. Thank you so much!
Everything was great, the rooms are convenient, the location is near the black beaches of Santorini, the breakfast is satisfying and the staff showed us great hospitality. Highly recommend it!
the property was very close to Perissa walking strand with the black sand beaches. The room was spacious and was probably the best room in the whole hotel
