Small hotel, under 20 rooms run by a family. Plenty of private parking. Location is great, you can get to most beaches on the island in under 30 minutes. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. You have a good selection for breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and always smiling. For the price, it was cheaper than almost everything else in the area and I'd say a great deal. No luxuries, but it included everything you would need for a seaside vacation.

The services are incredible: cleaning every day, changing towels every 3 days. We also received a bottle of wine and a fantastic apricots jam (homemade) and some snacks. The host is very nice, welcoming and she’s there to help with anything you need (suggestions for restaurants, market, beaches etc.). The room is really big, it has a bed, a sofa, a small kitchen fully equipped and a balcony. It really looks like i’m the photos! The area is really quiet, the OliVista houses are surrounded only by olive trees. Only the other guests can be a bit annoying if they are too noisy :( The pool is super clean, the water temperature is just perfect. And it is not closed during the night, which is another plus. In the area, there are a few beaches that you can easily access by car. There are not many restaurants around, we recommend San Antonio Restaurant which is not that far (and make sure you make a reservation for dinner).

Wonderful location, very quiet, very clean, wonderful host, great value for money. The owner was very sweet and very helpful. The room was big and we had a nice view. Great beaches nearby. It is perfect for families and couples that want peace and quiet. We felt at home. Will definitely be back next year.

- Great view over the olive trees and sea. Excellent for morning coffee or night drinks - 2 balconies (1 shared for bedrooms and 1 upstairs) - Quite area: we were able to sleep with the windows open and had fresh air over the night. Be aware that the neighbors (especially the romanian ones) can be noisy at night with music and disputes like they are the only one living in 1km square. - Pretty cool at night by having a lot of vegetation around the air is cool and fresh, almost no need for air conditioning at night if you're ok to stay with the windows opened. - Clean space. - In our case we were able to park the car in front of the house. - They have a small shower in the front for dust cleaning before entering in the house. - Very close to nice places like Psili Almos, Giola, Livadi, Notos

    perfect place in Thassos. easier to get there on the west side of the island not on East. great places to visit - close to Theologos, kastro, Giola. easy to access the mountains using the Buggy or other small cars rented in the center of Potos. nice time at the end of August beginning od September. eat on Poseidon - great value quality vs money, eat in Iatrou (theologos) great service , great food nice view. eat on the beach at San Antonio in the evening - great view, nice service. enjoy Astris - one of the best areas in Thassos

    Comfortable places just opposite the beach. The beach is nice, but really crowded in the season. Fortunately there are places around where you can avoid the crowds. Our room was nice and clean with a balcony, where we could enjoy sea view. There was a small kitchenette inside. No problems with parking the car. There is a reasonable restaurant downstairs. The biggest value of this place are the people. They can advice you where to go to find a nice beach, what to see in the island or where to eat. It is really worth to talk to them.

    The absolute biggest plus of the Oliviera property are the hosts. A big THANK YOU to Vasilis and his daughter Maria! They went out of their way to provide us with everything. Our experience at Oliviera will remain a wonderful and unforgettable one. We highly recommend the property, even to those who aren't necessarily looking for music while on the beach. That was at first our concern, but due to the played genre (chill-out) as well as its volume (rather discreet), the experience proved to be a pleasant one.

    Great place, big and clean rooms, incredible view from the balcony. Beautiful garden with olive and apple trees. The owner Georgios Tsiabalos is the coolest guy, he even cooked for the guests. He gave us home made gifts - spices and oils, made by his mom. Good location - beaches, shops, fish market near the house. We will definitely visit again.

    Everything was perfect. The hotel is just on a sandy beach, very calm and quiet place. The owner is very kind and helpful, everyday she prepared some delicious things for breakfast for us, we’ve had everything we need. For sure we hope to come back again. Thanks for everything, we’ve spent a wonderful time!
