We went in May and it was amazing, Zoran was great, he parked our car right in front in the shade every day. Great food choices. Everything was super clean. All inclusive package is great! Staff is helpful, Nikos bartender is making perfect drinks in the lobby bar. There was no need to leave the hotel. Thank you for great stay!

We loved staying at Castro Hotel. It was close to the airport, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay there again on our way back to the airport.

The hotel regarding its cleanliness and the attention to detail was great. I did not imagine at the price I paid I would be welcomed by such a nice room. It didn't have a view, the toilet was a bit cramped and it had no screens at the balcony door but other than that the bed was comfortable, the sheets couldn't have been any cleaner and the overall room was very cozy. I was pleasantly surprised when after leaving for an hour or so the second day, I came back to find the cleaning services cleaning the room.
The staff was wonderful and, although I didn't ask for anything specific, they seemed willing to accomodate me in any requests I had.
Oh and mind that the photos shown on the website or in the app (depending on where you're looking from) are almost 100% representative of the room you are to face after you arrive (at least it surely was for me).

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!
