Staff was rude. They did not explain anything. I found out last minute where the spa room was ON MY OWN! The staff never mentioned anything or showed me to it. I paid a lot of money for that extra experience and it was so disappointing that the staff didn’t take time to make sure I knew where it was. When I confronted the staff about it they were passive aggressive about it. The staff also wanted to charge me $30 per person for breakfast and when I asked the waiter how much breakfast cost? They told me it was $20 , I don’t know what the staff wanted to do with the extra $10 they were charging me per person.

The hotel is located in the most central position in Antigua, which is super convenient. They also have a garage for you to park the car for a small cost. The rooms are clean and nice, there isn’t much light but that makes sense given the structure of the hotel that is in a old cinema. All considered this place is a unique experience. The staff is very kind and will help you with any request you have.

The staff, particularly the women and main chef, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The shade for the bunk was thick, so you had true darkness.
