Small hotel in a great location. Easy close walk to the Sea Organ. We requested/paid for a parking spot and so happy we did. We were able to park until 1pm the next day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Traveling with friend and they had our rooms next to one another. Small enough hotel that I don't think we needed to request this. The room was not large but was very comfortable and had everything you need. I would stay here again.

The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. As a foreigner, I am not familiar with local attractions and the staff at Delfin provided invaluable information for me to go around. The decoration of the hotel is very cozy and homey and it makes me don't want to leave.

Zadar is a small city packed with history and seafood restaurants. If you don't like seafood Zadar may not be for you!!! We would recommend Zadar City Tours for an easy introduction to the town.
There are also many excursions on land and sea available and we would recommend one of the many boat trips around the islands of the National Park. (We're a little elderly so didn't opt for any of the more energetic excursions of which there are also many.) We didn't have a car but the local bus service is excellent so we went to Nin for a day out - only about 30 minutes from Zadar - which is very worth doing.
Our stay was for 7 nights which we felt was just about right for a holiday based entirely in Zadar itself. Any longer and you might want to travel a bit and for that you'd probably need to hire a car.

The old town. Stick to that! It’s beautiful for food, walks and a shop around. We ventured out in an Uber to borik beach but honestly you’re better off in the old town area. Great atmosphere at night too. Restaurants were great and friendly staff everywhere.

The town itself is drab & not for tourists, the old town is nice & work is ongoing with the area looking onto the sea but will be stunning when completed. The restaurants were very similar with pretty much the same menus, not alot of effort put into the visuals of the food & the food & wine was expensive. Some restaurant/shop workers were unhelpful & rude, boat trip was ok. Taxis were expensive but Ubers were nearly 50% cheaper.

Beautiful city full of historic and architectural beauty.
Beautiful city full of historic and architectural beauty. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops. You can take day trips to Plitvice lakes, Krka nearby islands and go on a sunset cruise… I absolutely loved Zadar!
the location - is literally on the Main Street of the Old Town of Zadar
the lady waited for us at the office to give us the keys and lead us to the apartment
it looks like a hotel room and has its standard which we liked a lot
the view is on the street so it might get quite noisy but if we close the window is very calm and we turn on the AC so no problem of that
the bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and enough of space to but our bags and stuff
hot water in the shower and everything well prepared
we liked it a lot!!
Really lovely room (#2 of 4 in the apartment, all with private entrance), quiet, cool, with balcony and water view, a really modern vibe and quality decor and finishes. Thoughtful touches even better than a hotel room ( fridge, safe, top quality monogrammed bedding, coffee machine, great bathroom. And absolutely perfect location just at little piazza facing the pedestrian Bridge to Old Town Zadar. Bakery, cafes, bank, small grocery store all 1 minute away. We loved it. And what a sweet idea to leave us a little welcome gift!
We very much enjoyed our visit to Zadar and Hotel Nico. The location was great and we enjoyed walking across the street to the beach. We also walked to Old Town. We very much enjoyed our included breakfast. It was delicious with ample variety. The parking was very convenient right in front of the hotel. Our room was very nice and had a nice view of the Sea. The staff was excellent ... very friendly and helpful! Whenever we visit Zadar again, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Nico.
No breakfast here as self catering only. Host was waiting in garden for us when we pulled up in taxi, spoke good English and gave really good advice on getting around. Neighbourhood is peaceful with friendly folk.Three small supermarkets nearby, a pub right on the beach, and to get to Old Town Zadar take a short walk to harbour entrance pier then get rowed across by a family member who has been doing the job for 800 years apparently, Try some boat trips to nearby islands.
Awesome location. Near the bus station, near the pier and old town. Towels were provided which is a pleasant surprise. Even offers washing machine and a mini pantry where you could prepare your meal. Bed was very comfortable and everyone has their own charging point and a little bag that you can put important items such as your eyeglasses etc. The owner of the hostel was also very friendly and gives you advice on where is nice to visit in Zadar.
Lovely property and grounds with pool, a little on the outskirts of Zadar we travelled in by bus, the room had the feel of a lodge, a separate lounge and bedroom area, even a view down to the beach from the bathroom through the bedroom. The food was very good although possibly because it was very early in the season choice was a little limited. The hotel is dog friendly but we weren’t disturbed by any barking.
After a bereavement forced us to change our holiday plans, Dijana and the staff could not have been more accommodating! On top of that, the hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town of Zadar, brilliantly placed to explore some of Zadar's top tourist attractions (such as the Sea Organ and 'Sunset Spot') as well as having a plethora of restaurants close by to chose from.
Cute small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Our room has a small balcony with partial ocean view over roof tops. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Old Town. But there are many restaurants close by. There are beaches within walking distance. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, one of the bestThank you for a lovely stay
The room was a good size and the hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight after spending weeks traveling in old towns with only steep steps! The location was central and the bedding and towels were high quality and comfortable. The room was clean. You could pay for the city parking at the hotel which was very helpful.
Beautiful apartment with contemporary fittings and facilities. There was a nice balcony to look out across Zadar. The host was helpful. The property is located within easy walking distance of the old town. One of the nicest properties we stayed in in Croatia. Also we had parking as requested.
Cleaninless is 10/10, the bed smelled like a 5 star hotel bed.
All appartment is like new.
Equipment is 10/10 too, we had everything we need and more.
The host was very responsive to our questions.
Location is perfect, there is a free parking next to it.
Smart tv with Netflix, prime tv...
Such nice small boutique hotel, only four rooms. We had the top floor room with a terrace overlooking the city and partly sea view. Location was amazing in Zadar Old Town. Cute decorations, and near and clean rooms and bathrooms
Very good facilities like a 5 star hotel :) bed was cozy, room was warm and bright. Easy to checkin. There is a parking nearby which costs only 1 euro for 2 hours. Good location. Very nice English communication with Nena.
It was all perfect: Ana, the owner, is super nice,
and the apartment great. It is like a 5 star hotel.
It is super new, super clean, super complete and
located in the heart of the old town.
100% recommended ! Tks Ana!
One of the best rooms we have stayed in our Croatia trip. The owner was really sweet and helpful throughout the trip. We are glad we picked this place in Zadar. Would definitely recommend this spot.
Everything was very clean, the apartment was very convenient and well located. The instructions provided before arriving to Zadar were extremely helpful to get to the hotel from the airport.
5 stars hotels and all the apartments should take lessons from this place! We were amazed by everything, nothing bad to say. Well done, excellent 10/10!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
