I was enthralled with the buffet every single meal. Such diversity, plenty of food, from healthy options to some of the options more appealing to kids. Lowered tables with food so the bigger kids can take their own meals. Ice cream cart, chocolate fountain and also so many options for grown ups. The staff is extremely friendly, patient with kids and nice in general. There are so many possible activities for kids.

Staff was suburb, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Picked us up at their Parking lot and carried our bags to our room. They accommodated our one night stay. Even offered to drive us back from car rental drop off and took us to the pier the next morning to catch our ferry. We missed breakfast so they packed us a hearty lunch to take with us. They made us feel special and we so appreciated it.

We have traveled extensively around the world and had never heard the name Rovinj before. Both my neighbors in NZ are Croatian and neither said to go there if you are in the north of Croatia. This village in our opinion will become at lot more popular as more learn about it.. It is one of the highlights of our European trip this year.

Rovinj is beautiful! Go in the off season and enjoy! I especially recommend eating prawns/scampi while looking at the beautiful sea. And do NOT go on a holiday weekend (as we did). The traffic was terrible!!!

Loved being able to walk all around town, down by the beach and up (!!) to the cathedral. Shopping was really great, especially for clothes. We took a guided tour of the old town which helped us orient ourselves.
The streets were bustling with tourists and residents, and a good vibe.
Lots of good restaurants!

Very nice, typical old historical town of Istria, with a lot of good seafood restaurants, cafes, small bars ... and with many, many opportunities and possibilities for various types of activities. Directly under the old town peninsula cliffs is a rocky beach, with an acceptable access to the water and although the city, the water is clearly clean. 20min. walk, multiple small sandy beaches and very nice green area and park. Sea view with an sunset is excellent

Rovinj is a beautiful town with many great dining options.
Rovinj is a beautiful town with many great dining options. Old town is well preserved and offers the opportunity to get lost in the alleyways, but is small enough to be doable. We walked around the entire Old Town peninsula. If you love Italy, you'll love Rovinj. It's like Venice, but smaller. As a bonus, we found Croatia more affordable and less crowded than Italy. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful. I will definitely return!
Our stay at Casa Banko was absolutely amazing. We traveled a lot throughout the years, but never had we met such outstanding hosts, beautiful and clean accommodation, and had great time on our vacation. Jadranka and all other members of her family, spoiled us, and made us feel like we are in 5 star hotel. Everything is extremely clean, hosts are very responsive to any requests you might have, location is excellent. I highly recommend Casa Banko to any traveler, book without a doubt- you would have the most wonderful time ever!!!
A beautifully renovated apartment house in the middle of the old town just steps away from shopping, the sea and many restaurants. If you want to experience the real old town of Rovinj, this is an excellent choice. There is free offsite parking and the host met us there and helped to transfer us and our bags. The car is accessible any time and is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room and bathroom were very large, well equipped and cozy. A romantic dream.
Lovely hotel situated about 20minutes walk from rovinj old town . The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and lawned areas .Lovely walks and bike hire available in the forest park The pool area is good and free sun beds/ umbrellas on the gravel beach appreciated. We enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was particularly good and a good variety of choices for dinner. Our Bedroom was large and well equipped with a lovely view over the trees toward the Pool.
This is a great family run boutique hotel. It is well located for Cuvi beach and Rovinj. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in Rovinj. The Delfin sunset boat ride is well worth doing as well as visits to vineyards & olive producers. It is a great area for cycling & walking & the hotel is stylish, comfortable, friendly & clean. As others have said, the breakfasts are fabulous, lots of home cooked vegetables & pastries. All round a great find.
Very cozy, cute apartment.
Our host was super friendly and nice.
The services they provided were better than most hotels I've stayed at (cleaning the room regularly, changing the bedsheets and towels very often)
It was not to far from the city center but also in a quiet neighborhood.
The parking space was covered.
They had bikes we could use, (and trust me, Rovinj area and sorounding beaches are best to be explored by bike)
The staff was welcoming & gave us a courtesy ride from
the parking area directly to & from the apartment at check-in/check-out. The property is located in the heart of Rovinj and is a short walk to the beaches, boat rides/tours, & restaurants. As advertised, the apartment was supplied with essential toiletries, towels & linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, and GREAT Air Conditioning—all came in handy for our family!
All was fine, very good. Property is good value for money you pay. Location is very convenient, close walking distance to the beach and old town. Stuff is nice, paid attention to all our requests. Parking is included. There is a pool in front. breakfast was delicious. Everything is clean and epidemiological Covid 19 measures were on place. Warm recommendation to this place, Rovinj and Croatia overall.
It’s a boutique hotel with authentic and artful details. Everything makes a very calm and peaceful impression. But the best part is how welcoming and attentive the staff. We felt like being special guests. We spent only two nights there but it’s unforgettable and makes us to dream about getting back to Rovinj and to this place.
PS. They make really good coffee, it was rare during our trip to Croatia.
Very good check-in and check-out procedure with valet parking service. Large contemporary practical rooms with excellent sleeping comfort, beautiful bathroom and unique views of the old town of Rovinj. Great breakfast (buffet style) in the main restaurant with many options and good quality. Attractive beach set up on Katarina island (free boat shuttle, sun loungers, bar and restaurant available).
Perfect location in walking distance to stari grad. Rooms are modern with working air conditioning units and clean bathrooms with great water pressure .Generous Croatian breakfast which we enjoyed outdoors on their terrace. We parked our car right by the hotel. Our family of four needed a Suite Room and a Single Room. Perfect fit! Hvala!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds around the boutique hotel are beautiful. Free parking and welcoming of pets. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony and plenty of storage space. While the walk to old town is a bit far (more than 20 minutes), it's a beautiful walk through a safe neighborhood.
Lovely romantic hotel at amazing location. We took a room with old town view, which I would recommend, because the morning view on Rovinj is really breathtaking. Staff is friendly and very helpful, transport from the city to the island is well organised (the boat takes every hour) and breakfast is delicious.
The property was in a perfect location in the old town. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beaches. It was quiet, very clean, newly renovated, air conditioning worked great, and a very nice view of the sea. Will be returning next time we visit Rovinj.
Excellent service! Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel! Extremely helpful staff! They tried to help us with everything - to recommend a restaurant for lunch, making reservation, taxi, e.c. Hotel is in the new part of the town but close to the old town.
Huge room, big kitchen, big bathroom with a beautiful new shower, washer, every supply possible was provided by the owners… beautiful spot for a patio right on the sea, beautiful beach a minute away… will stay there again when in Croatia!
Excellent location one block from the waterfront with inexpensive parking nearby. Very clean, comfortable room with a powerful air conditioner. The owner gave the personable attention that you'd expect from a high-end boutique hotel.
The apartment was cozy and well equipped. The owner family was very nice and helpful.
The place is actually very close to popular beaches and even the old town itself (15-20 minutes of easy walk).
One of the best hotels in rovinj... We had seaview room and it was the best view on the old town..The beach is near and hotel staff so friendly we felt very good.
