The hotel is a family owned business and had about 15 or so rooms. The hotel is right on the sea and a couple of kilometers from the old town and easily accessible with a car / taxi or even a bike. The rooms are a little old but the size of the room is large and spacious. The kids room was separate with it's own door. We also had our own private balcony and a view of the Adriatic sea. Our room was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with towels and toiletries.
We reached on Christmas Eve and started on Christmas day and were the only guests at the hotel. Despite us being the only guests the staff was very very nice, they made breakfast just for us and the hotel owner's family provided us some Christmas sweets as well. I have to make a special mention to the reception staff Martina and Ana who were extremely helpful and nice. Parking is easily available and free at the property. We also found that people in Zadar were very hospitable and nice in general.

Brilliant city, we only had a few days and wished we had longer. I’d say you need a car to get around but because we didn’t need to use public transport I can’t really comment on how good it is.
Loads to see and do, went with a young family and they loved the sea organs!

Zadar is such a gem, I cannot recommend this city enough.
Zadar is such a gem, I cannot recommend this city enough. I visited in early April and the weather was fantastic but there were not many tourists so that was a positive. All shopkeepers, waiters, and people in hospitality/tourism I spoke with were all so friendly. Prices are also very affordable and there is so much history to experience.

Zadar is an ancient city interesting for all kinds of tourists during the whole year. It offers beautiful historical spots in the old town and beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend Bruschetta restaurant for a wonderful meal ( fish or meat). The most beautiful sunset is always in Zadar!

Zadar is a beautiful city.
Zadar is a beautiful city. There is so much to see and enjoy. Sunsets were breathtaking. So many lovely cafes, bars & restaurants & all very reasonably priced.
The apartment was perfect, spacious and very well equipped. For anyone who wants to self cater, there is a more than an adequate supply of pots, pans, crockery and other cooking & serving utensils. Furnishings are very comfortable.
The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. I found it to be a safe & easy walk. It was nice, after a day sightseeing, to return to a quiet residential area. A bit like a home away from home.
The owners were there to greet me when I arrived and they were very welcoming and helpful.
I would be very happy to return to Stunning apartment and to recommend it to family & friends.
The hostess Margarita was amazing! She gave me a map of the local area as well as recommendations for sight seeing and food. She arranged a tour to Plitviče National Park where a shuttle picked me up from the hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding and delicious! The room was simple but equipped with air conditioning which was a life saver after a long day of hiking and sight seeing.
The rooms are about 25 minutes walking to get to the old city or a cheap Uber ride.
Overall, fantastic experience!
Everything was perfect: free parking, sparkly clean room, a superb view to the Adriatic Sea which we got to admire from our own (huge) private terrace, the pool. The owner is really nice and gave us an upgrade of the room we initially booked and also some useful travel advice. We also got to meet Blinks, the very cute dog that "guards" the property. It is true that you have to walk about 30 min, or 15 min+cheap boat to get to the city center, but the hotel area is far more quiet and relaxing.
Dario the owner is definitely my highlight! it’s a family buisness so it feels like you are becoming part of the family for a short period of time! so caring and attentive! Julia his daughter is as exceptional! the location is perfect, in the heart of the old town, the breakfast is made with love by Dario and worth every penny! he is my croatian Phil Collins look alike! definitely a place to stay if u come to Zadar! the bed is super comfortable also! i give 100 stars!
Famly run business. Well appointed kitchen.Residental locality with close bus stop into Zadar old town. 2 supermarkets and local bars and vegetable market, 3 minutes walk away. Free Air conditioning. 15 minute easy walk via shortcut into Zadar.
Free wifey.
Ivan was very helpful with things to do. Airport transfer about €30 (£25) cheapest around. Only larger shops and restaurants take card payments,so take some local currency.
Enjoyable 2 week stay.
The property was not as advertised. It was NOT a One Bedroom mobile home. It was a STUDIO with a curtain in the middle.
The mobile home was not premium, it was pretty basic.
If you call having a dishwasher and a few slogans written on the walls premium, then you are sorely mistaken.
Very expensive for what it was. We checked out early and relocated to a luxurious 5 star hotel and it cost less than the price of this shoebox on a campsite!
Lidia was super friendly, felt like an airbnb host.
Very beautiful decoration.
The location is pretty close to the center of Zadar.
Parking spot.
Clean.
Private garden to enjoy the coffee and company.
It was so quiet during the night although it was full season...if it weren't so hot, we could have slept with an open window.
We'll definitely return here next time we visit Croatia.
this was our favorite spot in Croatia for value, location and comfort! while parking is definitely limited, we snagged a spot RIGHT outside the front door and left our car for the duration of our time in Zadar. it’s a quick walk through old town. the apartment was well furnished and the bedrooms were beautiful. the AC worked great in each room, making our stay in May wonderful!
Nice hotel With very friendly service. Delicious breakfast With Fresh local fruits. After breakfast you can enjoy coffee by the lovely pool and beautiful views. Good location, 15 minutes walking from best (in my opinion) beach and 25 from old town. Helpful and funny mr in the reception :) if you wanna come to Zadar i would recommend this hotel.
Beautiful apartment with contemporary fittings and facilities. There was a nice balcony to look out across Zadar. The host was helpful. The property is located within easy walking distance of the old town. One of the nicest properties we stayed in in Croatia. Also we had parking as requested.
The hotel is really nice and close to the beach. The Zadar old town is just one bus away. The room has a fridge, a balcony and a tv. The bathroom looks even better than the photos. What is more the host is amazing, she helped us with every question we had. We really reccomend this place.
exactly the same as in photos. host was very pleasant. I’m traveling a lot for work and tried best hotels and service in many countries, but this app can compare to all of them. Coffee capsules, tea, bathrobe, amenities… like in 5 stars hotel. really enjoyed our vacation here.
The food was pretty good and the hotel facilities were adequate, plus the price for an all-inclusive stay was hard to beat. The location probably was decent most of the year, a smaller beach to the north of Zadar a little off the beaten path.
Very good facilities like a 5 star hotel :) bed was cozy, room was warm and bright. Easy to checkin. There is a parking nearby which costs only 1 euro for 2 hours. Good location. Very nice English communication with Nena.
The room was very clean. We had a 6-berth room for a family of five. Shared bathroom but all very clean and modern.
Was perfect for a cheap, one-night stay in Zadar old town as a stopover.
Apartment is really beautiful and comfortable just renovated. You will find everything needed. I felt myself like in 5 stars hotel. Highly recommended for other tourists.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was accessible to everything in Old Town Zadar. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.
The best hotel I've ever stayed. One day, even if I'll be rich and would come to Croatia again, for sure I'll come for this hostel.. and will buy it.. whole
