room was very large and very clean with comfortable beds, spa robes, and lovely deck. the breakfast buffet is great. they put out sandwich supplies you can pack for the waterfall trip (bring a baggie) The trout and local appetizer plate were the best things on the dinner menu.

Near Plitvice Lakes, quiet area, but near many local restaurants and supermarkets. Restaurant of choice was GRAND LAKES RESTAURANT, Plitvicka Jezera. Wonderful food and friendly staff. Perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes national park, i.e. only a short ride by car of 10-15 min. to entrance 1 as well as entrance 2 of the Plitvice national park. Several good restaurants as well to choose between.

Our host was very nice and helpful . The room was very clean and has everything that we need for our short stay. Breakfast was prepared for us and was delicious. There are few restaurants in a very close proximity. Sara recommended us one of restaurant and the menu was great.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park. Also there are a lot of additional walks to be made in the area. If you enjoy riding a bike, the whole area can be explored by bike. Also rafting and kayaking are an option for the area.

Easy to reach Plitvice which was a main reason for choosing...
Easy to reach Plitvice which was a main reason for choosing this area. Local supermarket and great restaurants within easy reach. Easy to get around we drove out to Velebit for kayaking and to see the bears at Kuterevo Bear Refuge. Went to Barac caves and saw horseshoe bats, tried the local quad bike trail and visited Rastoke.

Everything has exceeded expectations: the room, the breakfast and, especially, the kindness and enthusiasm of the two owners. As soon as we arrived, we were offered juice and cake and we were given great advice on places for dinner and stops to make while on our way to the south of Croatia.
