The hosts were very responsive and very kind. The apartment is very close & within walking distance to the water, where you can walk along the path easily to find a spot to swim. The water is amazing! Clean & very clear water. There are many spots for getting in on ladders that are installed in the rocks for ease of access into the water. There is also a Cafe/restaurant open breakfast, lunch & dinner. The perfect getaway for a relaxing few days! I loved it here! Thank you.

The villa exceeded all our expectations. It was perfect! The views from the apartments balcony was magnificent and unforgettable. It cannot get any better then this. We will for sure book again. The sea is right in front of the villa with a beautiful beach and crystal clear water. The host was helpful, nice and very welcoming.

The owner, Niko, was very friendly and went out of his way to help us at every opportunity (including offering drinks). The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people, probably more, with a beautiful view. There was a selection of beaches nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Everything exceeded expectations especially for the price.

Villa Lavada was a piece of heaven on earth! Its located in a quiet town away from the crowds and it has its own private beach with clear waters, we all enjoyed snorkling, kyaking and paddle boarding all around the cove. The accomadation is clean, kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable. The use of the kyaks and paddle boards made my childrens holiday. The owners and staff went above and beyond to attend to our every need and were so warm and welcoming.

    The center of Rogoznica is set on an island connected by a short bridge with the mainland. It's beautiful with lots of restaurants along the boulevard. We realised only on site how nice the area really is, we went there almost every evening.

    Very friendly and approachable owners, the apartment was clean upon arrival and sufficiently large, with a big terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is right next to the apartment, and there are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The sea is calm and clean, and there is good Wifi. Additionally, shops, a pharmacy, a market with vegetables and fresh fish, and a butcher are all close to the apartment. There are beautiful walking paths. Prices in the preseason are reasonable. In short, in one word: WONDERFUL. Definitely a destination to return to.

    Great marina to sit/walk round looking at all the boats and dreaming. Also lovely old town to wander with plenty of restaurants. 2 headlands to explore and Dragon’s Eye Lake. Beaches with easy swimming in clear waters. Good for reaching Split and Sibenik areas - we had a car so cannot comment on accessibility by public transport.

    This is a hidden gem! The view is spectacular!

    This is a hidden gem! The view is spectacular! The spot is surrounded by water 90degrees. Many spots to enter and exit the waters. It is sheltered from currents so one can swim with ease. I would describe as tranquil. Host was on site and always willing to assist. He provided a restaurant recommendation very close, along the shoreline that was wonderful

    Zecevo Rogoznicko is a very rural location.

    Zecevo Rogoznicko is a very rural location. The small island Jaz is a little gem, just few meters to swim. If you seek for relaxation in an unspoiled nature without tourist masses (like Kamenjak/Premantura was about 20 years ago), this is the place to be. Watching the sunset from Jaz is pure balm for the soul.

    This was a fantastic property, location was perfect for us - overlooking the marina & a 10 minute walk to the old town, 5 minutes to a bakery & supermarket. Had lovely walks round both headlands at Rogoznica & to see Dragon’s Eye Lake. We booked 2 nights but it was so nice we extended this another 3 to take us to the end of our 2 week road trip as we could reach the final places we wanted to see on day trips from here (Split, Trogir, Vrenko Jazero, Primosten)

    This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet location with great rooms and facilities, super food, a small pool and a charming beach/cove. Our mid teenagers loved the chillaxing and our 18 year old loved the fact that he could swim, sunbathe, use the gym and then eat great food! The location is a short drive from some beautiful parts of the coast and we recommend the walking path between Dolac and Bilo, the start of which is about a 10 minute drive away.

    Well equipped apartment, basically in a condo. Size was good, serves the purpose if one just wants to go to the beach which is indeed, quite close. But if you want to discover Rogoznica on foot and not pay for parking, you need to do a lot of walking.

    The host was nice, he prepared a welcome lunch for us which was very kind. There is a space behind the house where you can keep your paddleboards etc. There are mosquito nets in every window which is great! Located in the best area of Rogoznica.
