Our Resort was our favourite place, we went for a relaxing holiday and we got everything we wanted. We ate mostly at our Resort and the food and service was way above our expectation. There was a huge variety to choose from and the food was delicious. We mainly used Grab, very quick, easy and prompt services. Nusa Dua is a beautiful part of Bali, It was nice and quiet. Just what we wanted.

For us as active 60 and 70 year olds, this resort was perfect. We stayed off the main road so no traffic noise (the road can be busy during the day). There is a lovely 7k promenade to walk along by the beaches and the lovely posh hotels. The Geger beach at one end is clean with good beach restaurants and beds and parasols to hire. This resort is probably not for the youngsters who want to party every night but there is still plenty going on

Use the taxis they will take you to recommended.restaurants and only charge around 150k / £8 return . Nusa Dua is a great safe place - away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak, however the Hyatt Hotel needs a lot of renovation - it's now old and needs lots of work on the room and grounds, the pool area and beach is excellent.JOANNEAustralia

The facilities for the kids are amazing with lots of fun activities. I would recommend this hotel for those who would like to stay in Bali with kids. We also love the ambience, the hotel area was huge. We love the interior design, the hotel is clean, the gym is equipped with modern equipment. The services provided by the staff in the front desk were great.
