I loved everything! Staying here was like home away from home! Gorgeous home! Fabulous location! Delicious breakfast! But above all, Christine and Drew are wonderful, kind and helpful hosts! It’s a small world! Thank you!

This space was amazing, perfect for a couple. The owner has made the most out of the loft space and you have everything you need. Bed is very comfy! And the shower is a great size. The fridge and cutlery were an extra bonus if you need a quick cup of tea before you head off for the day!

It is a beautifully quaint old town and an equally quaint but luxurious B&B. Everything you required was there abd the bed was very comfortable. The hosts, were friendly, wuthout being too much, and gave excellent advice and recommendations for our stay, they couldnt have been more helpful. Delighted to have chosen this accommodation.
Also the best place to eat in Ramelton is,the Bridge bar, food was sublime and consistently good. Other great stopes were Conways for music, craic and good banter and the Blue Goat gourmet foid store for excellent freshd, deli and store cupboard food stuffs

Ramelton has a few but rich in quality amenities and outlets. The Bridge Bar Restaurant is exsquisit!! Fine dining above an endearing pub. The Blue Goat delicatessen is utterly astounding in quality produce… A truly dangerous place to visit!! We never leave empty handed!! Lennon side Butcher is first class and great value and Conway’s Thatched Pub shouldn’t be missed!!

A very quiet, old style village, very close to Letterkenny.
A very quiet, old style village, very close to Letterkenny. Ideal if you don’t want to be in Letterkenny. There are at least two very good country house restaurants within close driving distance, without having to go into the town. Ramelton is on the water and is very pretty in places.

Small town with the most friendly people!
Small town with the most friendly people! Not a lot to do but the views make up for it.
Very close proximity to nearby town and Letterkenny for shops and restaurants.
Perfect town if you want to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Our shepherds' hut was so cosy and comfortable and very peaceful. We loved our stay! The view was lovely and my little girl loved having the swings and slide just beside us. The short walk down to the stony beach was lovely. Was a nice surprise to have a mini fridge, a toaster and cups, plates and bowls, as well as kettle. We made use of the kitchen to cook some pasta. The owner was very friendly and informative and replied quickly. It was handy to Ramelton and well sign posted from there.
The view from the house was great and it was so peaceful and quiet. Just what we were looking for coming from a busy urban life. We loved the interior and the rooms, which were spacious. Elizabeth has kept the house spotlessly clean and provided all the amenities as advertised. Ramelton was only a short drive from the house, so it was convenient to get supplies/food or go for a pint. It also helps that Elizabeth lives close by in case you need any help.
This place is set in some of the finest Donegal countryside you could imagine with great views onto Inch Island. Harry went above and beyond for us during our stay and after in reuniting us with some lost property. The grounds are amazing, facillities top class and well maintained and the hot tubs are a great luxury. We can't wait to come back and try a lodge maybe next year!
River House in Ramelton is right on the main street and the river. It is within walking distance of good food and interesting sites within the town. The home is furnished with exquisite antiques and artwork. Having the chance to stay in a Georgian home like this was a rare treat indeed. Would definitely recommend.
Very comfortable apartment with a lovely view over the water and a very warm welcome from the owners.
The apartment is over a really interesting shop/delicatessen/art gallery. Some fantastic cheeses there amongst lots of other great items.
The Blue Goat is well worth a trip to Ramelton.
The location is spectacular, very remote. You hear the sound of the cattle, birds, water. Just lovely. The house is super cool and very old. Was cozy and welcoming. Loved the little town, Ramelton, up the road. Had a great dinner, and found an old pub. Everyone was so nice.
Owner was extremely helpful.
Location excellent.
Not your normal branded type hotel, a large Victorian House, so a very nice experience. Room had a small seating area & large free standing bath room & a seperate shower room.
the property was very clean and comfortable, the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, the house was just walking distance from the town which was ideal highly recommend this if you’re staying in the ramelton area
The village is clearly a project of love and it shows. The views, the accomodation and the bonus of hot tub/sauna /play area made this a great family choice. Also had a lovely day in Ramelton and Rathmullan pottering around.
Great B&B in a beautiful house with a cool history (especially for fans of the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team). The rooms are decorated and furnished so comfy that you really feel at home. We didn’t want to leave :)
All was good. Ramelton is a nice spot, the B&B was great with comfortable bed, plenty of sockets which one needs these days, the breakfast was very nice with good variety, and the hosts were very nice.
Beautiful well equipped house set in idyllic location within a few minutes walk of ramelton. The house was perfect for our needs. Great location for exploring Donegal. Owner very attentive and helpful.
