I recently stayed at Novotel Delhi and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment that made my stay enjoyable. The food served was excellent, reflecting the high standards of their culinary team.
However, during my stay, I encountered a significant issue that I would prefer not to detail here. Despite this, I was incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled. Manager Kushal and Chef Amit promptly visited my room to personally apologize. Their professionalism and sincere efforts to make amends were commendable. They not only addressed my concerns but also ensured I was compensated appropriately, which went a long way in turning around my experience.
Moreover, Chef Virender also came to see me, further demonstrating the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one.
The rest of my stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was consistently excellent. I truly enjoyed my time at Novotel Delhi and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

Site seeing like Akshar Dham takes minimum 5 hours, Red Fort, National museum Rail museums, Jantar Mantar takes minimum 1 and half hour. Travellers should plan visit accordingly. Should be good in bargaining with local auto. Take inputs of locals before get in autos. Metro is very good option. Study metro rail and plan, will save good amount travelling cost.

This is my second time to Delhi and second time to India. It's just too busy and noisy. Got my phone snatched from my hand whilst waiting for an uber by guys on a motorbike. Not anyones fault just a major hassle as missed connecting bus and cost a fortune to buy a new one. Police very helpful and kind. Delhi is chaos. Get in get out have a driver booked see the sights and go!!

Most polluted city.
Most polluted city. It is full of dust on the roads and noise pollution by vehicles. Drivers are unnecessarily honking. Drivers are not following traffic rules. It is not a clean city.
At the same time, they are protected as much as trees on the roadside. It is to be appreciated

I wanted to love it but I couldn't. Forts, Buildings and religious spots not worth the time. Easy to get around, food was great, people are nice but it is not a nice place to be.
The local train system is excellent and cheap. You must use it.
See photos and use these guys for your local tours, run by people from the slums, great to support them

Delhi is a fast city, lots of people, lots happening, India...
Delhi is a fast city, lots of people, lots happening, India at its best. Huge place, lots to do, get a guide is my advice (we used Banyan Travel) as it is a challenge to get around. But you can also explore and find the quiet spots in Delhi too - Haus Khaz is a great suburb out of the tourist spots, and a great place to rest in between the sight seeing.
The hotel is the best value for money in Delhi and meets the standards of a 5 star hotel with great facilities, I can't stress how fantastic the staff are to help with ANY problem, Example i was struggling to find transport to my next destination in India so they drove me 4 hours without hesitation with snacks and water in the car, it was so good that i changed my hotel booking to ensure i stayed at the hotel again before leaving india, the wifi is also excellent if you need to work whilst away, pool and gym also great!
This was one of the best hotels we stayed while travelling in India and definitely this was the newest one. It was located in an area with hotels all around and only a few minutes walk from New Delhi Train Station where the Airport Express comes and goes. The whole hotel was very clean and great looking with marble everywhere. The manager was friendly and the staff helpful. The rooms we booked looked great, the shower was awesome (rainforest feeling) and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on the rooftop.
A nice, bright, modern hotel very well situated for New Delhi Railway Station, and not too far from the Old Delhi Station too!
The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent!
The hotel can arrange tours in and around Delhi (Red Fort etc) and in other Indian cities too!
I will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel! very safe hotel and staff was helpful superb overall
The hotel is near airport and helped us for the taxi with very nominal charges.the staff was very corporative helpful and professional.the room were nice clean and spacious.I like the prompt And quick service The food quality was just amazing On very Nominal Rates overall the hotel is the best in class near delhi airport as promised I will visit again
Indian hospitality is taking up a notch here. You truly are treated as a VIP guest. From the pickup by the hotel driver from the airport (truly professional driver) to check in and service. I loved how kind all the staff was. From the elevator man to the staff on the room floors. Would definitely be back if I am back in New Delhi.
We had a wonderfull stay at Claridges new Delhi.
Really beatifull and classy hotel.
Staff very nice and we loved the ambience.
Its a perfect retreat from the busy Delhi.
(we also stayed at the La Lit new delhi (both 5 star hotels) but Claridges is by far the best and most classy. So choose that if you can.
Comfy beds and mattress, hot water and good wifi. In a back alley off the main street in Paharganj. Just a 5 minute walk to New Delhi Railway Station. Before I arrived the hotel sent me warning messages about the common scams in Paharganj which was nice of them and offered a paid airport shuttle service.
During two stays in India, the Hotel Blue Pearl has been my go-to place when in need of a bed for one or two nights close to the New Delhi railway station. One gets a sound accommodation just a few minutes from the station by rickshaw with clean rooms, comfortable beds and good food.
I wrote a review previously, but great hotel. If you are traveling a lot in India by train it is right near the new delhi railway station. Great place to get rest. Hotel managers and staff treat me like family.
Family hotel & very safe here staff was also helpful located hotel very easy from new Delhi railway station to hotel karolbagh distance only 2 km main market is walking superb overall budget price prime hotel
Good hotel to stay while visiting Delhi, near Airport, good service. The best attraction is South Indian/ Kerala special food restaurant coupled with this hotel. Really good food with an attractive men.
The hotel is really close to Connaught Place, New Delhi Railway station and couple of Metro lines. The bed was comfortable and the facility was clean. It felt like a standard 3 star hotel from inside.
