I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I am shocked that a property associated with a major brand such as IHG would operate under such unacceptable conditions. From the moment we entered the room, we were hit with an unbearable odor — a putrid, stale smell that made it impossible to breathe comfortably. The room was filthy beyond belief. Dirt and dust were everywhere, and to our horror, there were bugs crawling around the floor and bedding, creating serious health and sanitation concerns. The bathroom was in disgusting condition — uncleaned, stained, and moldy. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower or properly use the facilities. This is absolutely unacceptable for any guest, let alone members of a family associated with a Member of Parliament, who were traveling with us and were appalled by the disgraceful state of the accommodations. We felt unsafe, unwelcome, and completely misled by whatever standards your hotel claims to maintain. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I demand a full refund for our stay. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with IHG corporate, and will not hesitate to report the unsanitary conditions to the local health department and other relevant authorities. We trusted your hotel with our comfort and safety — and that trust was completely violated. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this complaint within 48 hours.

We got upgraded to Duplex apartment. It was super-spacious. The view from the 19th floor balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great (it tends to get busy around 10 am). The amenities that we used (swimming pool, gym) were perfectly maintained. Last but not the least, staff really went above and beyond to help us in every possible way.

    Hyderabad is one of the beautiful metros in India. The infrastructure is good with Beautiful roads and pretty clean as compared to some other cities. Food, especially non-vegetarian is awesome and so is the bakery stuff. Plenty of places to visit according to age group and interests. If you are driving then traffic can get to your nerves but if you are used to driving in crowded places then it not be a problem. One visit is a must...

    Everything about City is awesome.

    Everything about City is awesome. Except Two wheeler riders, no sense on riding. They come from everywhere, be careful while travelling on the road. Very reckless. Also, proceed with caution in restaurants. Specially the waiters are extremely rude, they dont have sense to talk. They lack softness while talking to customers.

    Its a huge city.

    Its a huge city. We visited few of the iconic places in short time, char minar, ramoji film city, salar mueseum, golconda fort, birla mandir etc. It is quite hot so its better to take AC cabs everywhere. Also while visiting ramoji you might find cabs charging way more than required during peak times so its better that you walk a bit towards the road or make use of ca services like ola/uber. Also to try to negotiate with autos. If visiting golconda would recommend taking a guide. It makes the climb lot more fruitful.

    This time I was confined to hotel room but I had been to this city before. That time I extensively travelled around to see many city attractions. Out of them the best attraction is the Sallar Jung Museum which still has the beautiful items and shows. Next is the Ramoji Rao Film City, Golkonda Fort, NTR Park, that I could remember now. I had my lunch and dinner on two days at two hotels having famous Hyderabadi Biriyani at two different hotels i.e. at Paradise and at Pista House. Both were excellent in taste but my taste buds' favourite was of Paradise. The city is very easy to commute as it provides easy access to autos, taxis etc. I did not use bus.

    A hotel which gives an experience of a home stay. Neat, clean and hygienic rooms with excellent service and amenities, polite and very welcoming staff, I have been to this hotel a lot of times now and have recommended this property to all my friends and family. Their service is no less than a 5 star hotel, infect even better! They do not have a restaurant however food delivery services can be used and they serve you the food to your room along with cutlery. Certainly the best hotel in town.

    Spent a night here after our flight was delayed. Great hotel, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the Jubilee Hills breweries so had a last bonus night out in Hyderabad. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Exactly what you would expect from Park Hyatt brand, and would use again if returning to Hyderabad.
