The property is situated on the water with stunning views. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The breakfast which was included was very good. The woman at front desk was just lovely. All of us in our group said we would stay there again.

-the view from the balcony was great (towards the port and the sea)
-i could check-in very late in the night
-the breakfast was very diverse and good (more than the usual italian breakfast)
-there was parking available in front of the building, and shaded, which is great in the summer-time

It’s horrible: old and SO dirty! Old furnitures and textiles which are just collected from some where.

Sempre la camera con vista sul mare e la colazione
A very charming town. Interesting monuments, mysterious passages between buildings, beautiful sea views. Mediterranean vegetation and clean beaches. And Italian food in the restaurants in the city center.

Imperia is a nice city with good facilities, beaches and restaurants.
Our 2 best restaurants to share and recommend would be in the localita Piani Pizzeria Kemy and Pizzeria Restaurant Amelia which were extremely good with excellent staff who were friendly and added great character to the places.

There aren’t many tourists and it is not so crowded. The beaches are clean and the water is very nice, but you have to reserve every day your umbrella for the next day because otherwise you won’t find any free place on the beach. Very nice restaurants and not so expensive.

We have been living in Urbe, province of Savona,( at some three hours from Imperia) for 17 years and never have had the chance to visit Imperia. This was a very short visit of two days but we enjoyed it all. We visited some villages in the mountains with great views, several vineyards and places where they produce a superb Imperia olive. We did not go to the seaside as our visit was at the end of October, and not chance of beaches in this time. But we think in the future to visit Imparia with more time and perhaps try its beaches too.

Charming town on the Mediterranean coast with a bit of sand for a beach area instead of rocks. Lots of good restaurants and gelato places. Was surprised at the low cost at the grocery stores which is good for those wanting fresh produce and other staples required for extended stays. We stayed as a stop over between Milan and Barcelona, but would love to have had more time in Imperia.

We have been coming to Imperia for over 50 years as my wife's parents had a home there. Now that they have both passed unfortunately our visit to that area is kind of limited - but if we get a chance to return to Italy we would take the time to go back to Imperia. We love it.
We stayed at the property for 3 nights. Hotel is lovely, awesome breakfast. Rooms are small but clean, bathroom is good size, air-conditioning worked perfectly. We had balcony with nice views. Small swimming pool to cool off on the hot day. Location is about 10 min by foot to beaches and restaurants. If you go during high season I suggest to book restaurants in advance as most of them require reservation but we still were able to find some good options to eat. Staff at the hotel very welcoming! Overall we loved our stay.
Everything. Beautiful location, lovely room, splendid breakfast. But, above all, the staff. I had excellent correspondence (in English) with Paola, who was very kind during my stay; Ileana organised purchase of medication I needed (I had just come out of the hospital) and personally bought me a much-needed comb; the manager himself bought my medication and brought it to the hotel .... This was all far beyond the call of duty and they were lovely.
It’s in the centre of the old town, about 15 minutes walk from the beach. You can park the car in front of the house, which is worthless, as it’s very difficult to find a parking place in Italy. As for the flat itself: you get what you can expect for such a low price: everything is old and a little worn, but just fine: beds are comfy, the kitchen is okay, too.
Very good location to access to the beach. Nice restaurants are available going by foot. As it's very nice location, there were many people and noise on the street in front even at night, but once we close the blinds and use air-conditioning, it wasn't the matter at all.
Staff were all so kind.
I definitely enjoyed staying there.
You can imagine you are living in another time, just by walking through the hallway. Very helpful staff and wonderful grounds and swimming pool. Perfectly situated between the two towns which make up Imperia. We walked, so can’t comment about driving. Would definitely book our sea-view apartment again.
The flat was perfect for my husband, dog and I in Imperia for a few days. It was close to some wonderful restaurants and the sea. We loved how spacious it was especially with our puppy. It was difficult to park, but that was to be expected. I would definitely recommend staying here.
It is the most Ligurian style stay some can get round Imperia.
The accommodation and the host are unique.
The missing air conditioning can be annoying on a hot summer day, but would most
likely spoil the uniqueness of the place.
Excellent location not far from the highway and at the coast. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Room size is big enough. Clean and comfortable hotel. And very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
The property has a great beach connection. That beach is and see is a bit away from ,the house but excellent. Also the property has closed Parking option as well. Irene is a great host and takes care of guests well.
Very good location. Close to the highway. You can walk to the beach and then along the promenade to the charming center of the town. Service very friendly and helpful. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts.
Extraordinary place, hosts, view and everything! Clean and perfect appartment with everything that you could need
The view was definitely worth the 15 Min walk to the beach
Clean, quiet, ideal location. Spacious junior suite with wraparound balcony. Recently refurbished room. Decent breakfast. Acess to a nice beach. Some private parking
