Terreforti Luxury Village is a beautiful modern hotel with the most welcoming and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast each morning was always delicious and we had a fabulous dinner one of the nights of our stay. We are most thankful for the extra effort by Salvatore, Carmelo, Antonio and Giuseppe. We look forward to returning again!

The views to the temples from our room was amazing.

Hotel Dell Viale has a good central location nor far to bus station and closer to train station. Using buses, the hotel was convenient to getting to and from Temple Valley. Staff at hotel were accommodating to needs.

The room, number 5, was nicely furnished, private and quiet. The private terrace has a spectacular 190-degree ocean view, the town dropping down the hill below, across the rolling local countryside and out to the harbors on the nearby coast. We could make out the Valley of the Temples in the distance. The breakfasts, served on a terrace and breakfast room on the opposite side of the floor, provided an abundance of antipasti, fresh fruit and pastries. The staff monitored the breakfast buffet and made breakfast drinks to order. The location was very convenient to the main shopping and dining street and the train station - google maps will direct you via a longer route with more stairs. Although it was not a problem for us, It should be noted that room #5 is on the top floor of the building, up five flights of steps.

The location is perfect for visiting the temple ruins, right nearby. The property is very clean, and nicely renovated. The breakfast was excellent. Our host recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner which was excellent.

I have been to Agrigento several times, it is always a great please to go back. This time I also visited the Kolymbetra gardens and Pirandello"s house in Caos, both places exceeded my expectations

We liked the size of the room and the view from the terace. There was a refresment waiting for us (coffe, juice, water,small cake). Room was clean, nice smell. But we spent there a night in January and the heating was not working. I wanted to reheat by warm shower, but there was not enought hot water to even wash my hair. I was frozen and catch a cold over the night. The bed was very noisy with each small move. The window was oposite to a building, very dark inside. All I will remember is dark and cold room. Shell I add how long we were looking for a place to park the car in those tiny streets?

We visited here because we wanted to see the Valley of Temples. We ended up adding a day to our visit to explore the city and relax at Villa Athena Resort, which is really near the archelogical site. Agrigento has many great restaurants and patisseries to help you increase your waistline. Many shops to buy nice clothes and jewelry on the main street Via Atena. We loved the old town with narrow streets and many intimate piazza’s. We found it a bit difficult accessing and using public transport so we walked everywhere. Everything of archeological interest was quite close, the churches were beautiful but a little more subdued than most. The food was delicious, our air bnb host was excellent. We visited Agrigento to see the valley of the Temples and we were not disappointed. We visiting in our own car and so concerned about parking. Parking at the valley was easy with lots of room and a machine which accepted cash and cards to pay for the parking, which was not expensive. Pay the 6 Euros to get a hand held guide in your own language, it tells you everything about each temple and the ancient Greek city (Akragas). You can see the whole site in a day.RuthUnited Kingdom

This is the family home of the owner and you really feel like a guest of the family. We had a tastefully furnished room that was very comfortable. Benji is an extraordinary and helpful host - he is enthusiastic about Sicily and his town of Agrigento, its sights, culture and food and tries to pass that on to you. The breakfast is terrific with Benji introducing you to local specialities on a sun drenched rooftop terrace with views of the temples. A great place!

Gave us a fabulous restaurant suggestion, which turned out to be one of oyr best in Sicily. Plus, it is 4 minutes to Valley of the Temples… super close.

This is the cleanest accommodation we have had so far during our trip in Sicily. Everything is very new and very nice. Stefania is a lovely, kind host. The breakfast is delicious. Internet works very fast and there is a parking for your car. The location is great just few minutes by car from Agrigento’s old city. We definitely recommend this place.

Our host even provided free cappuccinos at a local cafe on the morning of our departure. We were able to wash our clothes from a biking trip to Sicily and they dried quickly on the terrace of the apartment. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return!

The accomodation is a little oasis in Agrigento with a small garden and outdoor area and just 5 mins walk to town. Raimondo was amazing, really helpful and suggested a few yummy restaurants and breakfast options. If I ever come back I'll definitely choose to stay at the same place ;).
