Camerino is a beautiful, authentic, smal, old, mountain town. The University of Camerino is probably it's biggest selling point, but the old buildings are beautiful, albeit some have been damaged by earthquake. They do seem to be in the process of fixing and restoring many of them.

The staff were exceptionslly helpful as we addressed a problem issue we had encountered with our travel, and our junior suite was spacious, comfortabel and a delight, with a glorious view up to Camerino (sadly still mostly closed due to the earthquake). This is a real find, situated beautifully amonythe rolling hills, and with a very decent restaurant. Highy recommended.

Little kitchen with stove and microwave, big refrigerator. Perfect for 1 or 2 person . Alessandra the owner is very helpful and kind . Each bungalow has its own veranda and a nice little pool to refresh. Nice bonus the breakfast with yogurt , juice , snacks and James . I loved it . Overall it’s very functional , a convenient solution if you want to stay for a week or 2 .

The location is about 3 kms outside Camerino and we loved the peace and quiet in the midst of nature and the amazing views. We didnt have a car and Cristina and her father were kind enough to drive us around when we needed. Highly recommended and we will be staying here if we visit Camerino again

And you can walk into Camerino - but of course it’s all destroyed by the earthquake which means it’s a strange place to see.
