The staff was kind and fully supportive. Because of my delayed arrival they sent clear directions on how to access the room as the reception was closed after 11pm. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, Internet was working fine.

Hotel is situated in convenient and quiet local commune. It is extremely clean, appropriately renovated, in a a very old but well appointed aristocratic residence with a beautiful inner courtyard used as restaurant space. The breakfasts were plentiful and chef Mirko was making sure everything we needed was on the tables.
We didn’t actually visit Cotignola! We stayed at Casale Boschi as a perfect stopover distance from arriving and departing for the ferries to and from Greece and to visit the World Heritage sights of Ravenna.
