The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was among the best we had on our tour of Sicily; it even included three kinds of granita with the whipped cream and buns for the traditional Sicilian breakfast. There was also an amazing variety of sweets, tarts and cannoli. We also had the “buffet’ dinner one night which was was excellent and abundant, all with local products from the Baglio garden and farm. Once again, there were three sweets for dessert and wine and water came with the dinner, which was reasonably priced.

The new and comfortable History Hotel lies in the small town of Valderice, very close to the ancient village of Erice and the city of Trapani.
